"Do NOT book online. Showed up fully paid with a reservation number, and there was a line of people through the lobby who couldn't get rooms. Computer system had been down but the website kept booking, so we paid for beds that weren't ready or available. Staff had worked 14+ hours trying to work it out, and still people including me got turned away. I was lucky, waited only two hours before being sent out, some people waited 10 hours or more for the same result. If you book it, do it over the phone, or better yet, book somewhere else."
