"We booked this room to cut our appointment the next day as we had a 3-hour commute. Check-in was smooth. Staff was pleasant and experienced. Got there late so we crashed immediately on a 10 out of 10 king sized bed. So comfy! The body wash in the shower stall was empty but they supplied two bars of soap. The water pressure was extremely dismal which made showering difficult. Also, I could not keep the shower doors closed causing water to spill out onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast was free and included a really good waffle maker so bonus points there. The coffee was disgusting and had to be poured out. We witness several other guests do the same thing. No cream options which was strange. Breakfast area tables were not cleaned when we got there so we had to clean one off so that we could sit and it wasn't all that busy."
