"Quite nice view from the room and parking is available just below. Near to some eateries and the penguin watching location. Complimentary snack provided. We arrived late, was unable to check in. Required pw to retreive the keys from a box but i didnt receive any pw prior. Luckily was able to solve with a call. Room can be better cleaned, vacuumed."

"Good value for money. Perfect mid point location between Cradle mountain and Stanley. Front desk hours were very limited, mostly self-serve. Hotel is nothing fancy and has paid laundry (dryer didn't dry very well), gym room, bar and bingo area. Limited parking especially during early evenings when patrons were there for drinks or bingo. Fortunately there was free street parking nearby. A McD is just across the street, making it easy to grab a quick bite."

"Before check-in, I had been notified by email that the check-in time would be later, around 8-9pm. Check-in day was Saturday, and I arrived early at 5:30pm. The hotel front desk was closed at 5pm on Saturday, so I could not enter directly and could not get any help. The lights at the front desk were turned off, so I had to wait for other guests to come in and out. Since I did not have an international phone, I borrowed a phone from a guest to try to make inquiries. Finally, I contacted the hotel through the guest and got help and got the key to enter the room. The temperature was low on the night of check-in, so I tried to adjust the indoor air conditioning because it was centrally controlled, but the service had stopped. There was a phone in the room that could contact a remote service processing center to get an answer, but there was no support to help at the moment, so I had to wait until tomorrow. The room slippers provided for guests in the room were not prepared,"

"The worst hotel I ever stayed in.  The room smelled.  I complsined, no response.  Uncomfortable beds.  The room smelled of smoke and there were cockroaches.  The room also smelled of curry.  DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!"

"It’s an air B & B. Overall a nice stay, the problem was not the the apartment, it’s Trip.com service failed me. I booked it here, but they didn’t give the owner any of my details, so the owner couldn’t contact me for check in details at all. I didn’t know it’s an air B&B, I tuned up at the office after hours, only found it’s closed. Then I realized it’s actual address was not the office address, so I went to the apartment, also no one there, of course no one, it’s an airB&B, I was the only one staying that night, luckily I got the owner’s number and rang, warmed you, it’s after 7:30 pm, I was lucky to get hold of her the second time. Then she told me whoever booked the room for me, never give her any details of me. How does that work Trip.com?"
