"I had booked through trip.com, it didn't give me the option to let them know we had a dog. So originally booked a 2 queen bed and 1 pull out couch Suite. We got there and they said the suite wasnt pet friendly so we got downgraded and had to get a cot and the room was smaller obviously but the room actually costed more with the $40 pet fee than the the price of the suite."

"Overall stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The scenery was spectacular at sunrise and sunset. The lake is crystal clear. The resort has many activities and of course the golf! Tennis and croquet. There could be more food options. The reason for my score is that all my interactions with staff were not very pleasant. The staff were allof to rude and took no interest in their consumer. Not once was I asked how my stay was progressing! When I checked out I was not asked how my stay was."

"The resort is absolutely beautiful. The packages offered are slightly deceptive. Caution with cancelation policy even at 6 months out. If you make an error, they will not genuinely attempt to assist or refund you even 6 months out from the stay. I accidentally booked an extra room. Realized it 6 months before the stay. Disappointed, as the staff seemed quite antagonistic rather than helpful."
