"Place was nice,friendly staff&nice little bar area. However I was very disappointment with the luggage roller carriers. They didn’t have any of the rectangular carriers,only the ones that were triangular,making me have to take multiple trips from my vehicle to the room,which had I had the rectangular luggage dolly,I’d have only made 1 trip. & I quite liked the pillows,but I wasn’t able to buy one as the card stated in the room,the lady at check out said that I couldn’t buy one due to them “opening the new hotel soon”,which I’m not sure what that had to do with anything since they can always order new pillows in,but whatever"

"The room the manager gave us, was not clean, when you first open the door you can clearly see the floor hasn’t been swept or mopped, a lot of dirt, hair on the sheets, bathroom wasn’t cleaned, mirrors not washed. Turned the light switch on and nothing, no lights. I asked if they had cleaning products that they could leave for me to clean it or if they could clean it. They took me to another room which was cleaner, but clearly wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Manager told me to get my items and leave, denying me service. I am still waiting refund for my room. I was in town for a funeral, and had no place to go, I couldn’t even change my outfit for the funeral at the hotel. Manager was very rude and who ever he had with him, just stared at me with an angry look. Like he was trying to intimidate me. But I pay for a room, a room that should be cleaned. I get things happen, cleaners get busy, things get missed. No biggie, but this was the first time I have ever been kicked out of a hotel for asking for cleaning supplies, or for house keeping to come. I was only able to get a couple pictures, manager saw me taking pictures and got upset. My family witnessed the uncleanliness of the room."

"I selected this hotel because I am a loyal IHG member and owner. I wanted to use my points for a deep discounted 10 day visit with my son and his family over the Thanksgiving holidays. I also wanted the mini kitchen in each of the rooms for convenience. The staff are super helpful and deserve all the credit for the hard work they do. However, the place needs some serious attention. In the first room, the heat didn’t work. I was moved to another room which was good except the coffee pot didn’t work. Then we had to move again because they are installing carpet. That next room was filled with bugs. After they got the bugs out, the room was pretty okay. Heat doesn’t really work but I decided not to mention it even though it is in the 40’s and 50’s outside. The fridge makes a lot of noise. Otherwise, the room is okay. The carpet is new so hurrah! But, I think they could do a lot other more important upgrades besides the carpet, like some serious heat options. I don’t recommend this hotel. I doubt I will select this IHG brand again."
