"I selected this hotel because I am a loyal IHG member and owner. I wanted to use my points for a deep discounted 10 day visit with my son and his family over the Thanksgiving holidays. I also wanted the mini kitchen in each of the rooms for convenience. The staff are super helpful and deserve all the credit for the hard work they do. However, the place needs some serious attention. In the first room, the heat didn’t work. I was moved to another room which was good except the coffee pot didn’t work. Then we had to move again because they are installing carpet. That next room was filled with bugs. After they got the bugs out, the room was pretty okay. Heat doesn’t really work but I decided not to mention it even though it is in the 40’s and 50’s outside. The fridge makes a lot of noise. Otherwise, the room is okay. The carpet is new so hurrah! But, I think they could do a lot other more important upgrades besides the carpet, like some serious heat options. I don’t recommend this hotel. I doubt I will select this IHG brand again."
