"There are cigarette burns in the blanked the first room the put us in smelt horrible. The second room had construction going on in the bathroom and the 3rd room you couldn’t flush the toilet without having to take the tank lid off… as a Wyndham timeshare owner, Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this motel. It doesn’t look like the cleaning crew knows how to clean anything. The hair dryer had soap scum on it like someone placed it in water…The ceiling popcorn is falling of the ceiling. Will never be back…"

"The rooms were nasty I had to go to Walmart to get room air freshener the tub was moldy the sink faucet was broken and it took forever for the sink to drain. I also had to bye pillows and blankets to put over the beds because the pillows and bedding was nasty. The door had a big hole at the bottom and had to put a towel down to cover it. The pool was dirty. I would never stay at that place if my life depended on it. Plus I told them that I had to leave early cause a family emergency so I only stayed one night and they still charged me for both nights and wouldn’t refund the second night"

"They canceled my reservation without calling or emailing me but still charged me for the night. I had a reservation for 2 weeks for work, my work in another state delayed me so I showed up a day later, mind you I already paid in full for the 2 weeks, the receptionist told me they canceled my reservation as a no show, I told her but I paid in full and I am here, she told me well we gave your room away. I will never stay at a candlewood again. I travel all over the US for work and stay in motels at least 85% of the year and NEVER have had this happen, I have been a day late before but the motel would call and confirm I was still coming and keep my room.. I mean I still pay for the entire stay including the day I wasn't there. So this place just lost my business..."
