"Environment: The exterior looks unremarkable, and it's not clear where the entrance is. However, once inside, the facilities are quite well-maintained. There's ample parking right in front of the hotel for $20 a night. Cleanliness: If you don't request otherwise, housekeeping is done every three days and is very thorough. Service: The front desk staff are generally very friendly. Check-in was quick, and all fees were disclosed upfront. The credit card deposit was refunded within two business days."

"This hotel is very large and every room is a suite, so it’s great for parents to bring their children! There is a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and sink. There is a gym and swimming room. The large reception hall is spacious. There are many sofa seats, and there is a huge indoor pavilion with green plants and stools under the trees, which is very comfortable and enjoyable! And the price is moderate, very good hotel!"

"The only thing I don't like is that you can only stay 21 days the hotel should allow for people to stay longer some people are looking for houses or apartments and have to keep moving from place to place until they get a place to stay that is my problem I like to stay in one place cuz I like this hotel a lot but I have to move every 21 days for 7 days I can't see how you can consider it and squatting when people are trying to find housing that's the only regret I have other than that the hotel is fine the people are wonderful that's all I got to say"

"The hotel is a typical airport hotel, had a very helpful shuttle driver (Ray) and the other staff interacted with were very friendly and helpful.  Located just offsite from the airport, opposite a shopping mall and had a small selection of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.  Room was clean and had everything needed. Bathroom had good water pressure and provided nice toiletries.  This was a one-night stay prior to flying home from O'Hare and met all needs. "

"Superb spacious hotel with great facilities, super clean and the best night receptionist ever! My son left his mobile in the Uber and Muz went above and beyond to help him get it back from the Uber driver. This receptionist was the most friendliest, most helpful and nicest guy we have come across. The Avid Hotel are so lucky to have him and we would not hesitate to stay at the Avid again. The breakfast lady was also amazing and super helpful. Fantastic hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"It was very loud not exactly sure what was happening between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. music blasting door slamming but I should not have heard that on the 8th floor. I have never stayed somewhere that that has occurred others complained that we're staying at the hotel from the same convention group that I was with about the noise that's why I did not complain because of the response that they got to it that there was basically nothing that could be done about it because of a contract."

"Room was clean nice bed hot shower it had a breakfast room and the coffee was good the hallway did smell like dog pee but other then that staff were nice and very helpful"

"Arrived early in the morning, very close to the airport, shuttle bus is very convenient. There was a vacant room and helped to check in early in the morning, no need to wait until the afternoon, super nice! In addition, it was snowing and the scenery was nice. There is also a restaurant, which is very convenient for eating!"
