"Disastrous experience!! After several attempts to validate my reservation I finally got there... but on the wrong dates! (Human or site error during my multiple attempts??) The site asks me for a pre-payment and during validation with my bank's application, it is noted "debit €0.00". So we arrive 1 day late and there.... We learn that our room was in fact paid for directly when booking!! The manager wisely stayed in his "apartment" and let the 2 young women at reception sort out our reservation. He just offered to charge us for one night at -50% and deal with the customers... So we left having been debited without having been warned!!! Thank you Best Western...and thank you to the director of Dinan for his lack of courage!!"

"Far too expensive for the services offered. Supposedly unlimited access to the wellness area and swimming pool from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The next day, according to the thalassotherapy hostess, who is not at all friendly, you absolutely have to return the bathrobes and flip-flops before 11 a.m. and not just anywhere but in the room. In short, 381 euros for a garden suite for 2 adults and two children is expensive per night. Not even 7 p.m. in the hotel. That's not even a 24-hour day. In short. The wellness area is far too small for so many people. 4 armchairs in the area with jets, so two don't work. Hugely disappointed. Will not return. It's not worth a 4-star hotel. We're far from it."

"Outstanding in every way. Beautiful location, wonderful service and superb food and accommodation. Located in beautiful woodland on the edge of a village close to Lamballe, our hosts could not do too much to ensure our one-night stay was perfect. A jazz concert was happening on the lake next to the hotel which complemented the whole experience. Lovely walks on the doorstep. We will return."

It doesn't matter if you booked by making a sensational mistake finding them in a wrong itinerary and you explained the mistake by sending immediate cancellation within a few minutes, really a few minutes, just after setting up the GPS on the car and realizing the mistake! Taking... f... 85 euros deposit from my credit card for an empty room was worth for this hotel property more than a happy customer. This is what you need to know. My experience on a non-stay."
