"The front desk staff is unparalleled. Each and every member made we feel welcome and at home. Until, I reported strange "bites." I didn't use the word bed bugs because I've been in the hospitality industry for 25 years and that's a killer. I went down not one or two or three time times, but 4, before I was told the GM was on site but "on a call." I waited over 15 minutes for him in the lobby and when i finally gave up to take my dog out of the infested room, who did I see in the parking lot smoking a cigarette, Scott Howard GM. I showed him the active and recent bites on my legs and he explained that as he was not a "pest control professional," he was unable to confirm my claims or help me in any way. except to offer me the internet rate, 25% off another booking, should I care to stay.... when I mentioned that was in no way making it right, he rescinded his offer, said, "now I offer you nothing, please vacate the property." I chose to stay at this property for 9 nights and would have stayed another 5 waiting for my new apartment if not for your Gm. i have traveled all over the world and this is the first time I've written an email like this... it took me a week because I wanted to be calm and clear when I reached out. You are doing a genuine disservice to to rest of the staff if you allow that gentleman to go unchecked. "The room is generally quite clean and has its own microwave. The environment is not bad but it is a bit far from the surrounding convenience stores. It is recommended to rent a car. The service is not bad. Cleaning is done every two days, but there are no disposable slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, etc. The laundry facilities are two dollars per time, and the drying clothes are also two dollars. If you don't bring your own laundry detergent, the disposable laundry bag is 1.25 dollars. You need to bring your own 25-cent coins to pay for these. The breakfast can only be said to be a bite. Can you still expect white people to have rich food?"

"The decoration on the third floor of the hotel slightly affects the check-in experience. The soundproofing is average, and the floorboards can make a loud noise even when walking normally. It's not very cost-effective to pay for breakfast separately. It's best to book with breakfast."

"Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer."
