"I think the location of the hotel is good, I stayed in single room 412, first of all there was no hair dryer, there was a microwave but it was not connected, breakfast was good, maybe something a little sweeter could be added to the jam and honey. The plus side is that the reception gives the plug converter for free, the rooms are clean, generally quiet, the staff is smiling, both the TC and the air conditioning in the rooms work perfectly."

"Crown is my favorite restaurant in Mağusa. I usually go every 2 weeks. they prepare it quickly. They are friendly and welcoming. Its building is a bit small and dark. But illuminated. It has a amazing atmosphere and pleasant vibe. The waiters are sweet and friendly. It's a bit more expensive than the others. The menu consists of food, drinks, desserts and salads. recommend it to everyone. They have really delicious and great food."

"I stayed for a week , room heating worked well / shower pressure good & hot , body wash /shampoo / conditioner supplied & reasonable quality ,cleaning staff excellent ( everyday ) electric kettle in room , bed comfortable , breakfast very good , staff helpful enough when required , AMAZING patisserie just across the road as well as good donor store ..great hotel for very cheap price ! Will definitely stay there again if needing to be in famagusta again …"

"As the title suggests, it's a hotel of many contrasts. On the one hand, it's an excellent hotel: modern, beautiful, and clean, with a magnificent 8th-floor panoramic terrace for breakfast and dinner (with a very good restaurant), and beautiful rooms with simple, pleasant furnishings. On the other hand, there are shortcomings that are inconceivable for a 4-star hotel with the premises just described. Here are the shortcomings: The room has curtains that don't provide adequate blackout, making it impossible for me to sleep well; but the worst thing is that the air conditioning blows directly onto the bed, so you have to choose between cooking if you leave it off or risking a stiff neck/flu if you leave it on. Restaurant: As already mentioned, excellent for dinner but absolutely unsatisfactory for breakfast. While there's an acceptable selection of savory dishes, the sweet options are practically nonexistent (pancakes and some anonymous jam). Fruit is limited to just slices of grapefruit, and cold drinks are limited to low-quality industrial orange juice. I believe there is a significant management problem: you cannot damage the reputation of an excellent hotel for such trivial flaws."

"Not really sure why anyone would want to stay on the ghost town side of famagusta, hardly a ‘holiday’ destination when your view is derelict hotels & properties? Really not nice at all. Hotel dated Views awful - fence along the beach cordoning off the ghost town and areas damaged by the war in 1974."
