"The facility was in it's first week of operation. Lovely facility and very nice staff. .With that said there were a some items that were of concern. The shower door opens into the bathroom allowing water from the door to drip onto the tile floor. If the bath mate is placed in front of the sink it does does not reach the area infront of the door. There is no hand rail in the shower. The business center, computer and printer, is next door at the adjoining Courtyard, freestanding with no privacy in the lobby. With that said this is still a very nice facility that coud use a couple of finishing touches."

I love the view
Unfortunately we didn’t have a car because it broke in the high way so we couldn’t stay Sunday and took an Uber to go back because nobody help us really at renting a car or something."

Most of the food for breakfast. However the egg omelet did not have much taste & the bacon was greasy and so very thin!

Private shaded backyard with grill and outdoor dining area for relaxing after a day at the beach. We provide everything you need from beach toys, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach wagon. The house is squeaky clean, easy to access with door code, and includes ample parking. Sleeps 7. Master bedroom suite has balcony overlooking the shaded backyard, the second bedroom has a queen, and we have a queen sized pull out couch in the living room with a luxurious sleep number mattress, plus an extra child's bed that folds easily out of the way when not in use. Please note our townhome has two sets of stairs. We are located in the highly sought after mid-island, close to everything. I block from the white sandy Amelia Island Beach, 4 miles from historic downtown Fernandina Beach with great restaurants, shopping and lovely Saturday Farmer's Market, 3 miles from Ft. Clinch State Park. Nearby activities include horseback riding on the beach, parasailing, Jacksonville zoo. Come stay and make this a vacation you won't ever forget.
