"We arrived at the hotel at 11 PM. Anticipating a late arrival, we called the hotel owner beforehand, who left the key at the front desk for our own check-in – kudos to the owner! We booked a family room with three beds. Having only small rooms throughout Iceland, we assumed this would be the same, but it turned out to have two bedrooms, both quite spacious, with three beds, making for a very comfortable stay. The only downside was the tiny shower room; we could barely stretch our arms. Breakfast, though simple, was sufficient. This hotel is definitely worth recommending in Iceland."
