"What a fabulous place to stay! Gorgeous suites, up in the hills of Myrthios with fabulous views of the sea. The apartment was spotless - beautiful and incredibly well-equipped. The bottle of wine, the olives and the biscuits, left for us, was a lovely touch. The pool was lovely, as was the surrounding patio - with huge mountains and the sea in perfect view! Absolutely stunning - I would thoroughly recommend! It might be worth adding that the road up to the suites is steep and narrow in places - a small, automatic car (and confident driving skills!) would be my advice!"

Anthos Apartments

"We stayed at Anthos Apartments (same owner and reception as Alianthos hotels) and our experience was extremely negative. The apartment we were first given looked nothing like the photos we were shown when booking. It was in bad condition, at the back of the property facing the parking lot. After complaints, we were moved to another unit, supposedly an “upgrade,” but again we faced very serious problems: - Cockroaches found several times (in the kitchen where our children’s beds were placed, in the bathroom, and even outside the door). - The air conditioning unit was leaking water onto our belongings inside the room. - The baby cot was initially given without a mattress. - Missing basic amenities (shampoo, toothbrush cup, towel racks). - My husband had to move beds and the baby cot himself, following instructions from the cleaning staff – completely unacceptable in any hotel. What made the whole situation worse was the attitude of the owner and the manager. Instead of apologizing or helping, they responded with denial, irony, and tried to shift the blame onto us. Their written responses were dismissive, inaccurate, and showed no sense of responsibility. In the end, we were forced to leave early and move to another property, losing time, money, and peace of mind. 👉 Do not rely only on the photos or their promises. Ask for written confirmation of the exact room type and amenities before booking. Very poor service and extremely unprofessional behavior from management. Families with children should absolutely avoid this place."

Anna Plakias Apartments

"Originally staying in Rethymon but hired a car and drove to Plakias early in the day. Beautiful village and gorgeous beaches, so decided to find somewhere to stay over night. Anna Plakias Apartments was a little gem. Huge studio room with excellent facilities, great location and a roof top pool. My only complaint would be that the pool had lots of flies in it and didn't really look clean enough to swim in. It is only April so it might be that the owners weren't prepared for guests wanting to swim yet! We loved it so much, we stayed another night! 100% would return."

"We stayed for 10 days during our vacation in Greece and enjoyed it very much :). It's a smaller hotel with super friendly staff. Rooms were cozy and cleaned every day. Breakfast is served in Myrtis hotel just next door. The pool on the roof is available to use for free along with the pool in their neighbouring hotel Myrtis. Just a few minutes by foot and you get to the centre of Plakias with all amenities and the beach (they have both sand and pebble beach)."

"Amazing vacation option in a super luxurious villa with private five-purified pool and jacuzzi! Fully equipped kitchen, modern decoration, a wonderful outdoor area with a barbecue pool. It has 2 bedrooms with their bathrooms and a kitchen with wc. The living room's sofas are amazing, sleeping comfortable for two people and there. We really enjoyed it and we'll definitely come back! We had an offer from TUI with breakfast and dinner - but only breakfast is in the hotel and dinner is on vocher in Gorgona restaurant but witout drinks you have to pay extra. And hotel has some addidrional building few minutes from main hotel building."
