"Grand z hotel is a 2 star hotel charging $25 per day resort fees(this is no resort). Nearly no amenities! They literally removed the coffee maker and microwave from the rooms. Forcing guest to the casino floor for free coffee and over priced poor qaulity food is a greedy inconsiderate ploy to try and get more money from the hotel guest. Also, room service will wake you up every morning regardless of the Do not disturb sign on your door. They are very loud and unprofessional in the hallways. This hotel is certainly not worth the $134 per night I was charged."

"Stay here at your own risk. After just one night, my friend and I left covered in over 80 bed bug bites each and both suffered severe allergic reactions. What should have been a relaxing trip turned into a painful, stressful, expensive medical event. The owners' response was just as bad. We emailed and called repeatedly, but their voicemail was full, and it took a week of daily calls before we finally reached someone. Instead of showing concern, they were rude, dismissive, and promised someone would contact us about a refund. That never happened. Based on our experience, I have no confidence that guest safety is taken seriously or that management will do the right thing if something goes wrong. We left with dozens of painful bites, severe allergic reactions, medical bills, and no meaningful response from the people responsible."
