I originally booked another hotel but it was fully booked, so I booked this one and was very satisfied. It seems that I made the right decision. There is a small museum inside, and the hotel itself is a landscape. The housekeeper was very enthusiastic and introduced it in detail! 🌿 **Ambiance:** The B&B's location is fantastic, nestled halfway up the mountain, away from the hustle and bustle, with convenient parking. It's incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. 🛋️ **Facilities:** The room was even more spacious and brighter than I expected. The decor is simple and cozy. The bedding was just the right firmness, and the bathroom had an excellent wet-dry separation. The hot water was instant and the water pressure was strong, making showers incredibly refreshing. You can tell the owner puts a lot of heart into running this place, paying attention to every detail. 💁 **Service:** The service was warm, thoughtful, and attentive. The front desk lady enthusiastically helped us with our luggage during check-in and even upgraded our room type for free. 🍲 **Dining:** For dinner, we had a local specialty, matsutake mushroom chicken hotpot, and for breakfast, rice noodles. Both were absolutely delicious!

Two years ago, I passed by Jiaju ******* Village and regretted not staying overnight. 🤭 This time, my trip to Western Sichuan led me to choose the Light and Forest Cliff Hotel, and it was absolutely rewarding! A special thanks to the lovely ladies at the front desk for their thoughtful service. The room was clean and bright. Since we arrived a bit late that day, the front desk had already turned on the air conditioning for us, which was such a warm gesture for our tired group after a long journey. 👍 The hotel is perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the great environment; the pictures speak for themselves! Early in the morning, the misty clouds make for fantastic photo opportunities. The restaurant's dishes were also quite good. I rarely write reviews, but I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

The hotel boasts a prime location with excellent views of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel environment is beautiful, making it a great choice for taking photos. The only slight disappointment was that the pear blossoms bloomed a little late this time. Overall, the stay at the hotel was quite comfortable.

The butler upgraded us to a loft room with a bathtub. It's a Tibetan-style building, and the interior decor also has a ******* flair. You can step directly from the second floor onto a huge outdoor terrace to enjoy the views. The room was very comfortable, the service was excellent, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. The scenery of the ******* village is beautiful, and the food was delicious. This was the best place to stay during our entire trip through Western Sichuan with no altitude sickness. Highly recommended!

This Is a family run business. We have been welcomed by the grandmother that was really kind and she was taking care of us, making sure we had breakfast the day after. We had dinner at the hotel and we loved it, every dish was delicious. It's not very easy to find but once you get there the landscape and the view from the windows will be worth the effort! We recommend you to contact the hotel on wechat and ask them to send you the correct GPS position, as the one you will find on Google Maps or Mapsme Is not correct. Definitely recommended!

The B&B is located halfway up the mountain, so there are indeed a lot of winding roads and it's difficult to pass oncoming cars. However, it's great that we could drive right up to the entrance without having to walk. As soon as we got out of the car, the friendly guy at the front desk greeted us enthusiastically and helped with our luggage. We arrived quite late, but the staff still prepared hot milk and some snacks for us. The next day, we slept in naturally. When we woke up, the morning mist was incredibly beautiful. It was the most restful night's sleep I'd had in days in a high-altitude area. On the second day, one of the hotel staff members took us on a tour of the village and even picked plums and apples for us. An old lady we passed by warmly greeted us and invited us in for tea. I really love this kind of simple, human-touch local experience. I've already made plans with my friends to come back when the pear blossoms bloom in spring!

I chose Banshan Villa because the word ”Banshan” touched my hometown sentiment. It was pure fate. We arrived early that day, before 5pm. It is located halfway up the mountain in the village. We can go up to the fourth and fifth viewing platforms. The homestay faces the sacred mountain and has a large yard. I chatted with the landlord in the cool air, as if I had returned to my childhood. My hometown really feels like home. OK, let me formally review the particularly good places: the bedding is comfortable, the living room is comfortable, the yard is comfortable, the facilities are complete (there are charging piles and water pipes, which can be charged and washed), the hot water is comfortable (the water pressure and water volume are particularly high), the dog Hanako Smart and well-behaved...is that enough? No! Most importantly, the boss is very easy-going and down-to-earth. He would say: Just treat this as your home! I haven't experienced other ******* homestays, but after staying at Banshan Villa, I will definitely choose it next time!

The breakfast was delicious, leaving me feeling refreshed and energized for the whole day. The service was the most heartwarming aspect. The front desk staff and other employees were incredibly welcoming and responsive, paying attention to every detail. My stay felt as comfortable and at home as possible. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended for those traveling by car!

The hotel is located within the Jiaju ******* Village scenic area, requiring a winding, narrow road. We arrived at night, so getting up was a bit of a struggle and we even took the wrong road. The hotel's ambiance is fantastic. Opening the curtains in the morning, the misty air shrouded the room, making it feel like a fairyland. There are many unique ******* village homestays nearby. The breakfast was also quite special, with a portion of multi-grain rice porridge and eggs per person. The only downside was that we spotted flies and woodlice in the room, perhaps due to the natural surroundings.
