Towards the end of the May Day holiday, we brought our child to stay at Huazhixiu Manor Hotel, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel is located within the scenic area, offering a serene environment surrounded by lush greenery, which felt incredibly relaxing. Our room was clean and tidy, ensuring a very pleasant stay. Manager A-Hui was incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive, always greeting guests with a kind demeanor. It's a great value for family trips, and we'll definitely be back for our next holiday!

Hotel facilities are not advanced, bedding is clean and tidy, the room is large and comfortable, the air conditioning is absolutely powerful, small and convenient, will come back to stay in the future.

The hotel's environment is superb, directly connected to Jingyuan Garden, allowing unlimited access, which is very convenient. The hotel room facilities are well-equipped and in good working order. The bathroom amenities are of high quality, and the bedding is excellent. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and friendly, and the hygiene is very well maintained. Breakfast offers a rich variety and high quality, especially the Chinese pastries which are distinctive of Wuyi and very delicate. The main reasons for deducting points are: firstly, behind the headboard, according to the layout of the floor lamp and power outlets, this space should be for a desk/dressing table or a seating area for tea, but it's currently empty, which feels very odd. Also, the room only provides two sets of coffee cups; more types of cups could be added. Secondly, there was a slight odor from the bathroom. If these issues could be improved, the hotel would be even more suitable for a relaxing holiday experience and enjoying a slower pace of life.

The location is great, close to the old town. The service was also good and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that the plumbing in our first room was extremely noisy, and we didn't sleep well all night. Although we were very grateful to the front desk for upgrading our room, we were woken up many times by the noise from the plumbing. The air conditioner also made some strange noises; I suggest having it checked.

This time I came to Wuyi for a short trip and stayed at Jinyue Hotel throughout the whole process. The experience is particularly good and I must praise it. I accidentally lost the small pendant I was carrying in the middle of the trip. I didn't pay much attention to it. I returned to the front desk of the hotel and asked. The cleaning aunt found it properly when cleaning. The first time I registered and reported, I waited for the guests to claim it. This was really warm. The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, the room is well ventilated and lighted, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the quality of toiletries is online, and the bathroom is spotless. The front desk staff was gentle, the check-in and check-out speed was very fast, and any needs were responded to in time. The location is also very convenient, the surrounding eating and shopping are close, the price is very high, come to Wuyi to travel, the first choice Jinyue Hotel, will come again next time.

The room was great, especially the warm reception from Butler Xu. From the moment we checked in, he helped us with our luggage, introduced us to fun places nearby, told us what to look out for and what to bring when soaking in the hot springs, and even switched us to a room with a better view. He told us to reach out to him if we needed anything. The hot springs were really comfortable and effective for relieving fatigue. I'll definitely go back with friends next time.
