GGuest UserThe environment is elegant and clean. It is next to Guo'en Temple. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. There are several hotels around. I feel that it is a good value for money. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the service is good, and the parking lot also provides charging services (slow charging, at least four locations); The bed in the twin room can be put together, suitable for two-child families 😁, the room has a small refrigerator; The balcony of the room is equipped with a hot spring pool. It is recommended to be equipped with a drying rack, so that you can dry your clothes (especially after you have to dry your swimsuit after soaking in the hot spring), and the bathroom has a shelf for hanging clothes or towels. Now there is a hook; Breakfast variety is OK, the product is OK, the food is added in a timely manner, it is recommended 👍

GGuest UserThe service is thoughtful. We arrived at the restaurant a little late on the day of check-in and they waited for us to eat. The store also gave us lychees as a gift, and provided mosquito coils and other things if we needed them. The next morning, I wanted to drink coffee, and the store owner was so considerate and helped me make it! If you want to drink iced drinks when it's hot, all your needs are met 😆 The included breakfast is also very healthy! The portion is large~ The lychees are sweet, the spring water is great, the scenery is beautiful, the salted egg yolk pumpkin, five-fingered hair peach chicken, tea-flavored salt-baked chicken, and soup melon seedlings are all delicious😋 I will come again if I have a chance~~~ Short trip very nice

獨獨旅人二令This second stay, the big one is ok! But the gym's treadmill has not been well for half a year, which disappointed me! I have left a message after I checked in in November last year. I hope you will deal with it. I know that the price is not expensive. A lot of bad things may not be ignored, and there are no important events, but the location of the hotel is good and not expensive. Although it is a bit expensive, it is not possible because of the city center! I accept it, but it would be better if the fitness room and smoke-free smell could be fixed! Thank you 🙏🏻! Staying during the Qingming Festival, there are not many tourists, and the overall experience is very comfortable. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and intimate service.
On the first day we entered the scenic spot, the children can copy the scriptures for free, which is a very special experience. In the evening, I just ran into a fireworks show, and the children were so excited! After that, I rented an electric car to play in the park, and the two children were reluctant to leave.
On the second day, I went to the unpowered park to play early. The children put enough electricity and were super happy. After checking out, I have time, and then I will bury the free hot spring. Adults and children will relax.
The two-day itinerary is all within 15 minutes of walking distance. It is rich and not in a hurry. I really recommend family travelers!

JJoshua Cheung！作為一名比較注重細節的客人，我想給你們新開業的酒店提一些意見和建議。首先，看到你們在網上平台寫的是“別墅私湯雙床房”，第一眼會認為是一整棟別墅裏面帶有一張雙床房和私湯，結果是衹有一間在別墅區的帶有私湯的房間，我們到後比較失望。其次，可能是清潔比較匆忙，陽台有些許垃圾未及時清理，房間和廁所地面也有少許碎屑和污漬，茶几上面燈的燈罩也很多手印比較臟，沒清潔到位。建議將酒店拖鞋擺放到衣櫃外面，這樣顯眼，擺在櫃子裏比較難找，吹風機也可以放到洗手枱上面的盤子，結果放在了茶几下面的櫃子裏，也挺難找的。並且房間裝修味道特別大，一進房間就感覺很悶很臭的味道，隔音也不太好，隔壁房間講話聲音都能聽到，還有那個門感覺可以弄個緩震條什麼的，關門聲也太大了，砰的一聲能把人嚇醒。温泉方面還算不錯的，有很多泡池選擇，温泉那邊的服務人員也很好，很熱情認真，但是私湯的話有點不太滿意，房間與房間之間的私湯私密性比較差，樓上探頭可以完全看到我們的私湯，私湯之間僅有一些植株遮擋，我們可以透過小樹清晰看到隔壁房間的私湯，而且圍欄處還有比較大的空隙，客人甚至可以輕鬆穿過到達別人的房間陽台，這點非常需要改進，關乎客人的私隱和安全問題。健身房和小童樂園也還不錯，設施完備。餐廳也有點不滿意的地方，個別服務人員服務水平還要提升，説話比較小聲，引導不太清晰。菜品方面還算可以，就是麪包機旁邊沒有黃油，還有調料那邊的醋和醬油之類的建議寫上標簽，容易弄錯。粉面區的牛腩是直接放在外面的，已經冷的油都結塊了，感覺不太新鮮。再有，入住期間，沒有人帶領客人前往房間，衹是口頭説了地點，有些客人可能找不到房間，加上清潔車擺放在走廊正中央導致路很窄，入住體驗欠佳。總的來説酒店各方面還是不錯的，衹是有不少細節需要多多注意，畢竟價位也不低，對應的設施服務的要求需要更嚴格呢。
