However, I think such a good hotel needs to improve its service. 1. There was a huge fly in my breakfast plate. The staff didn't check the food and portions, so I had to point it out to them. They didn't seem to understand me the first time I told them, and didn't respond or ask what I needed. They only changed the tray after I asked them a second time, and the clip on it was still there… 2. The indoor playground on the third floor wasn't finished when I first visited, but it was finished this time. Our room is on the fifth floor, and the playground is on the third, but my room card only works on the fifth floor. To get to the third floor, I had to go to the front desk and ask them to come and take me. I asked them to let me use the third-floor access card so my child could play there more easily. The front desk said no, but they were very polite and said they could let me know anytime. Before checking out, the front desk asked about my stay, and I mentioned the slippery floor again. The front desk didn't seem concerned about how badly I had fallen, only replying that they would report it to the manager. Later that afternoon, I received another call from the hotel asking about my stay, and I said it wasn't great, just average. Then the hotel told me, ”Okay, have a pleasant trip…” A very strange conversation. 5. The toilet flush was too strong; water would splash onto my legs and buttocks. After the first and second flushes, I quickly moved aside. 6. The toiletries in the room included a comb, but the comb itself wasn't in the box. Very careless… However, overall, for this price, the facilities and decor are really great value. Service is there, but it's not quite there… The staff are all very friendly, but they need to improve their ”service awareness” and problem-solving skills. They are generally responsive to requests. I think the hotel has invested so much in its facilities, so they definitely want to improve. I hope Longyue continues to thrive, and I would stay here again if I happen to be passing by.
