Hotel facilities are good, the toilet is anti-smell, a room smells of shit

The place is good, but maybe there are better hotels for the same price. Caleta de Fuste Beach is ideal for exploring the island because it is in the center of it, with a car you have 1 hour up and another hour down from this hotel to go to the best beaches. You can also relax on the hotel's beach with a very beautiful artificial pool made by the sea.

The hotel is very well located, clean, taxi centre just next to the port and the beach and the main street, several supermarkets not far alone problem, no glasses on the door of the toilets of our room we stayed blocked twice.

Clean and nice rooms with comfy bed and good shower. Good selection and food at all-inclusive restaurant, however disappointing at pool bar. The pizza, burgers and toasties at the pool bar are pre-made and just standing there cooling down in a tupperware, which makes them all soggy as well. Further, olives were meant to be included at the bar, but they never had any, although I asked multiple times over multiple days - it wouldn't have been that hard for the staff to do the 1minute walk to the restaurant to get the olives from there. Pool bar music is quite loud all day, which got quite annoying at some point. Further, no iron or board are provided. Asking for it for multiple days at reception, we finally received an iron after waiting for a few days, but they generally do not have / give out ironing boards to go with it.

One of the best hotels we visited in Fuerteventura. Tasty food, good drinks, swimming pool, comfortable bed, super clean. Really good vibe and nice staff, always ready to help you.

We are repeaters of this apartment, we love and what more your close workers careful and friendly, make you feel like at home, we always advise you :) the only stick that would wear is that there are few shadows and hams to the number of customers who has the apartments.

I was self catering and the kitchen in accommodation was fantastic. Microwave, full oven and 2 ring hob. Basic accommodation as expected but very clean. Plenty of towels and 5 English channels on television.
