CC. WuiThe hotel is clean and the facilities are well maintained, though they are a bit limited. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was decent with a fair selection. One thing to note—if you're a light sleeper like me, you might wake up early due to the nearby prayer call, as the sound carries quite clearly into the room. That said, I understand and respect the local culture, and it’s something to be aware of for those with sensitive sleep schedules. Overall, a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belinn Malang! The hotel was clean, cozy, and very well maintained. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out — they made us feel really welcome. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and the location was perfect, close to many local attractions and cafes.
The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. We also appreciated the smooth service and warm hospitality throughout our stay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Malang — great value and great experience overall!

GGuest UserThe facilities can only be described as ordinary, equivalent to domestic B&Bs. The soundproofing of the room at night is not very good. You can hear people chatting next door in the middle of the night. However, relatively speaking, Malang is just a stopover and you can stay for one night.
