KKarediaAmazing experience! Everything exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The facilities were clean, modern, and very well maintained, making the stay incredibly comfortable. I really enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience. Would happily come back again!
GGuest UserOf course, here is a review
This hotel masterfully combines the best of both worlds. The moment you enter your room, you are greeted by a breathtaking, picture-perfect view of Vilnius' iconic Old Town. Waking up to that panorama of red-tiled roofs and historic spires is an experience in itself.
You get all the reliable advantages of a major hotel chain: seamless booking, professional and efficient service, and excellent amenities. The absolute standout, however, is the comfort. The mattresses are genuinely amazing—providing sublime support for a perfect night's sleep after a day of exploring the city.
This commitment to quality extends to the overall cleanliness, which is impeccable throughout the property. For a stay that guarantees comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable visit, this hotel is an exceptional choice in the Lithuanian capital. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
GGuest UserSpacious room with living room and low table.
Deco is obsolete but completely in the hotel style.
The sdb is more modern.
The hotel is very beautiful.
No car park nearby or very expensive, so you need to walk because in the heart of the old town.
Breakfast is suckled with high quality products and a good service.
The spa is free but very disappointing: a small very cold pool, a sauna and it's all.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very cost-effective. It is located in the city center, not far from anywhere. There is a big supermarket opposite, with a full range of goods and very friendly prices. There is a bar in the lobby, with coffee and alcohol.
SShaochingThe location is very good in the middle of the old city. The rooms are divided into old and new buildings. You have to go through the corridor on the second floor to the elevator in the new building. I live in the new building. I heard from the hotel that the hall was rebuilt this year (2025), and the room was renovated in the past few years. Very new!
GGuest UserExcellent breakfasts, Olivier salad, pancakes with cottage cheese, omelette, sausages, vegetables and delicious pastries. Our room was not big, but clean. The bed is not the most comfortable in my life, but it is quite suitable for one night.
GGuest UserCheck in was a breeze and was greeted by Justas, who has an amazing smile and was really helpful, showing me Vilnius map and saying hi every time we meet. Such service surpass many of the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was clean and has: shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, cotton pad, kettle, cups, mini fridge, normal Europe plugs and usb A and C chargers, TV, nice pillows (4 in total), towels. There’s no bathrobes, WiFi sometimes drops off during peak hours but one is not supposed to be staying in the comfortable room but should be out exploring. Love this hotel and will stay here again if I’m in Vilnius.
GGuest UserEverything was very clean and the staff were friendly. The facilities need updating. The pool doesn't inspire confidence; you can't tell if it's dirty or needs a coat of paint. The same goes for the toilet in the room.
