GGuest UserAmazing aparthotel. We stayed one night in studio and couldnt fault place at all. Hotel in old town Riga and few minutes walk to Christmas market. Apartment was spotless clean and had everything (and more) that needed (even dishwasher). Stafff is very lovely and helpfull and spoke Latvian, English and Russian. Would highly recomnend hotel and would definetely stay again.

CColinBeautifully restored heritage building in the center of old Riga. The classic feature of the original architecture have been preserved and complimented with a modern interior design with clean Nordic style. Rooms have a foldout sofa bed, great for families. Breakfast is simple but high quality ingredients and attentive staff. Recommend the fresh croissants and salmon and raspberry smoothies. Location in center of old town on a charming street just close enough to great restaurants and bars but quiet enough to get a good sleep.

GGuest UserEverything is reachable in the old town by foot. It's not advisable to arrive by own car as there is a huge construction site opposite the narrow street and no doormen. A permission for public parking in the area they sell for 30 euro per night. Take your key when going out late. Reception might not be manned. Restaurant only offers convenience food.

GGuest UserThe property is under renovation, the whole floor and my room is with all the furnitures or renovation smell. It’s not a pleasant feel when you walking on the corridor to the room as some areas are renovating and some room doors are open and the furnitures all putting outside the corridor. Other than the location is good I really have bad experience with the smell especially while sleeping I got sinus with all these bad smell. I request to change room and they said is full. I request to fix the safebox battery and end up they didnt do it, I was on business trips and stay for 2 nights it’s a very bad experience for me. If you are renovating the floor pls do not rent iit our or at least clear the smell before renting to others.

Unlucky with room allocation as we got an internal joinable room, where next door was talking loudly until late at night.
Location suitability will vary per group, it is slightly out of the main centre, but not too far you can't walk. Plan ahead if you drive, they provide a carpark for additional cost, or you can park on the street outside of normal hours

Mmw1688After repeated request, the front desk guy even said he would but didn’t pass my request to prepare for packages to take breakfast away for my early bus and I ended up delaying the departure by 1h30 for a later bus! This is horrible services. And as I extended this stay, the room ended up without being able to cleaned as there’s no sign for it. So nobody cleaned the room for 3 nights of stay.
Spa costs 20€ minimum. No free swimming!
Besides that, facilities are good and breakfast is good.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with an old town view, which was truly stunning. Additionally, they offered us complimentary spa entrance after checkout, which was a delightful bonus.
The room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, situated on the 19th floor with an amazing view. The spa was also impressive—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.
