GGuest UserWe stayed here for a weekend tournament. This was very conveniently located near grocery, restaurants and gas. The room and lobby were very clean and the staff was pleasant. The rooms have a small fridge and large desk space. The lobby has two microwaves available as well as a cute dining space. Breakfast was basic, but enough. There was no indoor pool and that's the only thing this place was missing for travel with kids.

HHAITAOThe hotel is generally good, the rooms are large and the facilities are ok. I originally wanted to live in Hershey's Chocolate Town, but there was no good hotel choice, so I chose here 16 kilometers away. It is very quiet, there are all places for eating and shopping, and it is only 5 ~ 10 minutes by car about. We chose a relatively far away Chinese restaurant ”new china”, the taste is still good, many foreign countries order takeaway here. Breakfast is ordered, but tip is required. (We each gave 2 yuan), I hope these things can help the people living here. * In addition, the pictures of the appearance of the Ctrip homepage are wrong. They are not like the White House at all. Don't be deceived by the pictures!

GGuest UserWe went to a local event and decided to stay the night before heading home. We've stayed at other Country Inn and Suites (In Roanoke VA.) and were please with the stay. This Inn is a little bit older, but for the most part clean and comfortable. We would have no problem staying again. We didn't have much interaction with the hotel staff, but what little there was ...was fine.

GGuest UserJessica at the front desk was a true asset to your business. She was kind and courteous and made our visit extra enjoyable. Our room was oh so nice...fresh and clean and we appreciated the newness of everything. We definitely will make this our choice stay next trip to Hershey.

GGuest UserI have always loved this hotel until last year when I couldn’t stand the Pet all over the space, I had to book this weekend because I had no choice. I was so glad when I got there that they no longer accept pets in the facility. I enjoyed my stay .

GGuest UserI had a very positive experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were professional during check-in. The rooms were clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with more variety than expected, and all items were served hot.
The location is convenient for Hershey Park, and the rates are great for the value provided. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

GGuest UserI ordered a suite with a separate bedroom in July for a birthday party in November. We arrived to find out our RESERVATION room was given away and we were stuck with our grandsons in a room with 2 double beds. I was not happy upon arrival but they did everything to make us happy. We got some $ back plus Trip.com gave us trip coins towards our next reservation

AAnonymous UserThe staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.
