New Hanover County Hotels with Gym

The check-in associate was the friendliest person I have encountered in a really long time. The Hotel was clean inside and out. There was many restaurants in close proximity.

The hotel has an independent beach, which is very safe. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. I am very satisfied! The overall experience is very satisfactory. The hardware, service and hygiene are impeccable. I will still choose this hotel next time I travel here.

A really cozy and quaint hotel in Wilmington, very close to the beach. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend a stay here to anyone.

I recently stayed at this Best Western and had a mixed experience. While the staff was friendly, there were quite a few issues that impacted my stay. Firstly, the breakfast area was under renovation, and unfortunately, the appliances were not working, which meant that the eggs, sausage, and potatoes were cold. The area was also quite hot and crowded. In the room, I encountered several maintenance issues: the door opener was broken, the internet was slow, the bathroom vent was not working, and the coffee machine was leaking and dripping on the floor. I did inform the reception, but the response was not prompt. Overall, while the location was convenient, the condition of the facilities definitely needs some attention.

We always to stay at Best Western if can when travel. This one was very nice. Clean, Great breakfast seating and food, wish could be in by 1p. Instead of 3 p. Pool was beautiful and room for handicap needs and dog. Great rewards! Close to everything and beach area about 4 miles.. grandkids love the Best Western.

Pros: Rooms were very clean, breakfast was excellent and service was great Cons: Pool was closed upon arrival, we were not notified but thanks to Trip.com we got some help

The hotel is at a great location,room was clean, staff was very friendly, only down fall is the parking they only give you 1 parking pass so if you have 2 vehicles you have to pay to park in a different parking lot a little pricey

The rooms furniture was old and worn, and I had to order sheets to cover it before I would sit down on it. The kitchen was old. The coffee maker heating element was all rusty. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. The sliding door to sit outside was so hard to open. He needed two hands and really had to use all your force

Front Desk team was very welcoming and accommodating to my room-change request. The breakfast setup was kept clean and organized. I loved the cookies offered at the front desk.

We had a great experience. The staff is awesome!! The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again. Lots of places to go and you can walk right across the street.
