"The location is very good, next to the bus stop that goes directly to the airport. The service of the waiter is also very good. If you want to change a room with a good view, it will be changed immediately. There are only a few towels, but everything else is good."
Sonesta ES Suites Cincinnati - Sharonville West
"This is very good per client Was near to Ryder shop Closest one and cheaper one"
Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati Sharonville
Spark by Hilton Cincinnati Fairfield
"The room was nasty, I found a bed bug at the time of check out, I took a photo showed the front desk and asked for a nights refund. They told me I need to wait until pest control comes and confirms. This was on a Saturday but was informed pest control won’t be there until Monday. I paid cash and I insisted to be refunded immediately. I was denied and was argued with about the situation from management. I never received a refund and was appalled by the lack of customer service. We asked for towels and it seemed to be a problem. At the time of check in we was told if we lost our deposit receipt paper we won’t get our deposit back, I have never experienced service like this! Breakfast was terrible and coffee task like water. The pool was dim, rusty and dirty. The ceiling was caving in from water damage. I overheard other guest complaints as they checked out. A cocktail cup was found in the bed upside down in a guests bed, another guests complaint was the ceiling was leaking and had to put the trash can to collect the water. Terrible Terrible customer service and terrible amenities!!! Do not stay !"
Livinn Hotel Cincinnati North/ Sharonville
"We stayed for one night because of its proximity to the Spring Grove Cemetery and arboretum. The double queen room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I could not get some amenities like a toothbrush so I went to a local store for those. It had a fridge, microwave and safe as well as a closet and good WiFi. The breakfast was included, it had a really cool pancake making machine with eggs and sausage and juice so I’d recommend that. The pool and gym were nice and easily accessible as well as ice and vending machines. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Sharonville as it’s right next to the convention center and has several stores and restaurants nearby."
Hotel Celare, Cincinnati Midtown, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Cincinnati/Sharonville
"Spent a few weeks together here and although a hotel isn’t ideal at least it’s a decent one fairly priced."
The Hotel Rambler Montgomery, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
"Very nice hotel with great location. Stayed for a self care weekend. Love the water and microwave at the end of the hall. Rooms are spacious as well as bathroom. Beds are comfy. My room was very clean. The only complaint in the bathroom was that my tub wouldn't fill and the plug fell off. On my 2nd day my power went out at 10 p.m. I called the front desk but maintenance nor a manager were available for any assistance so I was moved to another room. In my new room the plumbing smelled like sewage. The A/C unit made a loud knocking noise that startled me out of my sleep. I informed the manager about the several issues that I had and she did resolve them, but also made the comment that she's never had a complaint the entire time she's worked here. That wasn't necessary. The parking is also a con with it being a free garage but having to pay $10 per car per day. Very nice hotel but needs to work out some kinks that come with a new property."
The Westin Cincinnati
