"Room was fine but lots of false advertisement here they show white bedding which is untrue, they have “flatscreen tvs and daybreak breakfast with make your own waffles” which is also untrue, I’m not picky I don’t care about such things but just don’t advertise that you do have such because some people may care!"

"Everything was good and comfortable. They were out of pool towels. But the front desk person managed to find us a few. Breakfast staff were nice , friendly and helpful."

"I choose the Fairview Inn whenever I travel to Jackson for its convenience, cleanliness, comfort, and service. The cooked to order breakfast is always a highlight of my trip and the Library Lounge is always wonderful. A great place to relax after work."

Signature Hotel

Comfort Inn Jackson North - Ridgeland

"First, I think they’re doing a renovation which explains the messiness and uncleanliness of the common areas however that doesn’t excuse the state of the rooms. It was terrible. There was furniture torn apart. One of the dresser drawers was off the hinges. There was no soap for the shower. There were lights on the side of the room with the bed only the general floor lamp so at night half the room was dark. You couldn’t do anything while sitting in bed. There were also no outlets by the bed so good luck trying to charge your phone and have it near you at night. Horrible stay for a Marriott"

Extended Stay America Select Suites - Jackson - South

"This was our first time staying in Mississippi outside of my Keesler AFB training, and I’m extremely disappointed by the experience at this hotel. When we arrived on June 28, 2025, the room had a strong foul odor, visible cockroaches, and a dirty blanket. We decided not to stay because the conditions were clearly unsanitary and unacceptable. When I brought this to the front desk, instead of apologizing or investigating, they falsely accused us of messing up the room just because the pillows had been moved — and then asked us to leave without a refund. This was completely unprofessional and felt like an attempt to avoid accountability. This experience was not only frustrating but also damaging to what could have been a positive trip. I sincerely hope this location gets inspected and cleaned up so others don’t go through the same. Their reservation line repeatedly transferred us back to the front desk, even though I clearly selected the option for cancellations. The front desk had only one staff member, who was frequently away, and it felt like they were intentionally avoiding us to avoid issuing a refund."
