The staff were very friendly and helpful and organized a trip to the Victoria Falls for us, picking us up at the inn. The room was impeccably clean with a nice modern shower and breakfast was included.

Everything exceptional. Excellent base for visiting Chobe and all associated activities. We only expected to stay to sleep, we ended up doing everything at the Lodge, from dinners to activities! They have safari jeeps, trucks and boats! Therefore, they offer a personalized, quality experience at very competitive prices when compared to agencies. The food is also exceptional, not only at the hotel, but also served at the activities. The genuine friendliness of all the staff certainly also extends to the owners, who do everything they can to make you feel good. I showed up at guest house and they said that there was no room for me. They claimed that they didn't get any information from *********** about my reservation. I was very disappointed.
