The property is situated in the heart of Ajijic, only 1 1/2 blocks from the main street of the village where all the galleries and boutiques restaurants are located. It is also only 2 blocks from The Lake Chapala Society. This beautiful, remodeled home is a perfect location to enjoy family time, you are 1 1/2 blocks from the Centro area of Ajijic. Relax by the pool or read a book overlooking the mountains. Private home, but located very central to shops, restaurants, and walking distance to Lake Chapala. All 5 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, and you will rest with black out curtains.The house ample space for all your guests to enjoy. The house can host up to 15 guests comfortably. In 2024, the property has been updated to give it a modern look, but still keeping the traditional hacienda feel. There are new black out curtains, new sheets, the whole house has been repainted, and we have added a foosball table upstairs. We currently have Alex who is our Housekeeper staying at the property in an apartment at all times. She is only there for check-in and to check out guests but can answer any questions.We DO NOT ALLOW ANY PARTIES OR EVENTS AT THE PROPERTY!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:1.
