The front desk lady was very friendly, and the room was spotless with no strange odors. The whole hotel felt very thoughtful; all facilities were available, including a Bluetooth speaker and a clothes sanitizer. You can tell the owner puts a lot of effort into running the place. The free minibar had plenty of snacks and drinks, and the breakfast was delicious. Waking up in the sea view room and looking out at the scenery made me feel great! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Guest UserI stayed at this hotel with my family and was overall satisfied. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Olle Night Market, with many food stalls right downstairs. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.
However, there were some downsides. Towels for shower were not provided by default, though staff willingly gave them upon request. Paper cups were used instead of ceramic mugs for coffee and water, which felt cheap. The car park is small and not ideal for larger vehicles like our 8-seater Hyundai Palisade.
Despite these issues, the great location and helpful staff made our family trip enjoyable. With a few improvements—like providing towels, and using ceramic cups—this hotel would be even better.
I would still recommend it for location and friendly service.

Guest UserOld hotel in a great location - busy intersection. Walkable to waterfall and to market. The basement carpark is a godsend. We were so happy to be able to park in the basement then take the lift direct to our room. Its so helpful on rainy days.
If you do not speak Korean, and your rental vehicle GPS cannot locate the hotel it can be very tricky. Our GPS pointed us to a carpark space behind the hotel and it was difficult navigating out. It was lucky that we recognise the building exterior. In Jeju, most smaller hotels will not put their English names on the building, so either you memorize the Korean name or you have to try your luck.
The room is small, but expected as the room rate is low. So taper your expectations and you will love it.

Piaobo-zheThe cleanliness was a bit lacking, but considering it's at the foot of the mountain, it's acceptable. The scenic area entrance is just 200 meters away, making it very convenient to buy tickets and watch the sunrise. For check-in, I had to wait a while because the auntie wasn't there. You might want to ask a local to call her; I don't understand Korean, and the call I made through Trip.com got hung up. The room was okay, and the auntie herself was very nice, but the value for money wasn't great.

Anonymous UserHad a really comfortable stay, comfortable beds, nice balcony out with washer available. Downside is the really late check in and early check out. Location was good as it was just about 5mins away from the airport busstop from/to airport. It had nice eateries nearby and 24/7 convenience stores so that was good. Generally shops around close pretty early. There are nearby busstops to many places but just take note of timings since lesser busses run with longer intervals. Note: if u have a luggages and coming before 3pm, please take lift from the carpark access and take up the L level for check in or luggage drop off as the escalators only work after 345pm (check in at 4pm) i had to carry up my huge luggage up the stairs….

robjoeolTwin room was comfortable and had everything provided (towels, toiletries, water). Wifi was fast. The pillows were too soft for my taste.
Keep in mind that this hotel does not have a reception for the majority of the day. You must use an electronic kiosk to check in. It was fine for me, but there isn't an ability to extend your stay. I had to contact the staff by chat.
I did my laundry elsewhere as machines only accept domestic cards (no cash).

I went to ICC Jeju for GCIM 2025 conference. This hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the ICC. The staff is very cooperative and kind. He can also speak English. The room service and cleaning fascilities are best 👍.

Guest UserModern and aesthetic hotel lobbies - would have been better if the two buildings had a shelter link as it was raining during this period. Very clean lobby toilets. Sufficient carpark lots although we normally parked beside the hotel (no shelter). They provided water every day. Helpful staff who brings extra towels to our room. Location is good as it is near to convenient stores and many food options in the area. Some attractions are located nearby too 👍🏻

I booked after seeing the hotel review reviews, but I am very satisfied than expected
It's good value for money without Elbe.
The facilities were old but well maintained and the room was warm
There is also a bathtub, so you can take a half-body bath.

Anonymous UserThe hygiene was surprisingly good, which was a pleasant surprise. There wasn't much in the way of service, but honestly, we didn't really need any. The breakfast restaurant staff spoke Chinese in the kitchen, and the breakfast itself was on par with, or perhaps even worse than, pre-made dishes you'd find in China. Definitely don't bother booking it.
