I stayed in Seogwipo for 3 nights this time and was really satisfied with this hotel. If there was a 6-star option for service, I'd give it! The personalized service was exceptional. The staff member spoke Chinese, lent me a charging adapter, and even helped arrange breakfast for the next day in advance. Everything in the mini-fridge in the room was free, and they kept us well-supplied with water. It was truly delightful.

Guest UserI stayed at this hotel with my family and was overall satisfied. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Olle Night Market, with many food stalls right downstairs. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.
However, there were some downsides. Towels for shower were not provided by default, though staff willingly gave them upon request. Paper cups were used instead of ceramic mugs for coffee and water, which felt cheap. The car park is small and not ideal for larger vehicles like our 8-seater Hyundai Palisade.
Despite these issues, the great location and helpful staff made our family trip enjoyable. With a few improvements—like providing towels, and using ceramic cups—this hotel would be even better.
I would still recommend it for location and friendly service.

Guest UserOld hotel in a great location - busy intersection. Walkable to waterfall and to market. The basement carpark is a godsend. We were so happy to be able to park in the basement then take the lift direct to our room. Its so helpful on rainy days.
If you do not speak Korean, and your rental vehicle GPS cannot locate the hotel it can be very tricky. Our GPS pointed us to a carpark space behind the hotel and it was difficult navigating out. It was lucky that we recognise the building exterior. In Jeju, most smaller hotels will not put their English names on the building, so either you memorize the Korean name or you have to try your luck.
The room is small, but expected as the room rate is low. So taper your expectations and you will love it.

Piaobo-zheThe cleanliness was a bit lacking, but considering it's at the foot of the mountain, it's acceptable. The scenic area entrance is just 200 meters away, making it very convenient to buy tickets and watch the sunrise. For check-in, I had to wait a while because the auntie wasn't there. You might want to ask a local to call her; I don't understand Korean, and the call I made through Trip.com got hung up. The room was okay, and the auntie herself was very nice, but the value for money wasn't great.

Nulli_SecundusI appreciated the communication at check-in to ask if we would need our room completely serviced, daily, or if we would like new towels and water placed outside our door for pick-up instead. I liked that option so we weren't bothered if we wanted to nap or dome some work during the day when we were not out and about. The location was easy to find and convenient to other destinations we needed or wanted to visit. The free breakfast was a bonus and the staff was very helpful when we didn't know exactly how to operate certain cooking appliances. I would definitely stay here again if and when visiting Jeju-do again.

I went to ICC Jeju for GCIM 2025 conference. This hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the ICC. The staff is very cooperative and kind. He can also speak English. The room service and cleaning fascilities are best 👍.

We really loved this hotel. Very close to the bus stop, so easy to get around. Also next door to the market which was very cool.
We didn’t like the light system for room and bathroom, we found it very inconvenient. Unfortunately our second night there the air conditioning unit stopped working. After trying everything it absolutely would not turn on again. We sent a message to trip.com but as it was after hours, we couldn’t get any real help. They offered to switch our rooms but then stopped communicating with us all together. In the end our room was 32 degrees. An unfortunate way to spend our last night on jeju :/

I booked after seeing the hotel review reviews, but I am very satisfied than expected
It's good value for money without Elbe.
The facilities were old but well maintained and the room was warm
There is also a bathtub, so you can take a half-body bath.

Guest UserModern and aesthetic hotel lobbies - would have been better if the two buildings had a shelter link as it was raining during this period. Very clean lobby toilets. Sufficient carpark lots although we normally parked beside the hotel (no shelter). They provided water every day. Helpful staff who brings extra towels to our room. Location is good as it is near to convenient stores and many food options in the area. Some attractions are located nearby too 👍🏻

Location is quite good but need to be careful as there are 3 Shin Shin hotels very closed to each other. Room is clean and spacious but bed is not very comfortable for me. Appreciate that there is washing machine and fridge there. Car park was very small but we could park opposite the hotel, FOC. Overall, a nice stay!
