AAnonymous UserOur recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of superb.
There are three highlights that made our stay truly unforgettable:
1. Exceptional Culinary Surprise: We were deeply touched by the hotel's generosity in providing a complimentary upgrade to the prestigious ”Tsuiyama Blue Label Crab” set. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey.
2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge ”AO” on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever.
3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence.
If you are looking for a sanctuary that combines luxury, nature, and heartfelt service, Ujo Soan is the only choice. We cannot wait to return.

From the road, the building is very low-key, but entering the inside is infected by the warm and elegant atmosphere, especially when you come to the room, the floor-to-ceiling windows on both walls can see the beautiful scenery from the lake sunset, and the sunset time is reflected in the sunset. Dinner is a surprise, the crab meat package is launched in winter, but the Italian cooking method is used, the rich sauce makes the crab meat very delicious, the soup, spaghetti, pancakes are unforgettable, the grilled crab meat is then dipped in the crab paste sauce, rich in layers. Breakfast bread basket scrambled egg cheese, full weight, fresh and healthy. Every staff member. Very proactive and courteous, will nod to say hello until the guests leave. The introduction of the dishes is as hard as possible in English as possible, which made my stay very pleasant. In addition, the hotel also has a hot spring although not big, but because there are not many guests, I am a person to use, open-air massage hot spring can see the lake and the starry sky can enjoy a quiet atmosphere.

NNuonuokafei這酒店太讓人驚喜了，獨自日本自由行這次主要選擇一泊二食温泉酒店，迷上這樣泡温泉吃精心準備的料理的度假方式。很多温泉酒店的一人套餐都是小房間，大房間基本上都是兩人套餐，這個酒店頂層套房有兩間提供一人套餐真的太好了，而且不是純日式榻榻米，我睡不習慣，是新裝修的和洋式，比名氣大一點的佳松苑和靜花扇的房好太多了．酒店位於夕日浦木津温泉站，特別提醒，這個站沒有任何公共交通，必須讓酒店接站，我頭一天把到達時間告訴攜程客服幫我約好了，這裏的酒店都會接站，也可到站打電話等個十分鐘左右酒店車會來。下午三點辦入住，二點半左右讓我去房間了，大堂一般但房間超出預期的漂亮，一線海景，設計合理，佈置優雅，設施優質，最出彩的設計是套房有個小餐廳與房間分隔，房間裏就不會有菜味了，高桌子非常舒服，比城崎西村屋在房裡吃好太多了。温泉熱度剛好，泡着温泉看海景太愉快了。晚餐是蟹料理，誠意十足，量很大質量也好，直接蟹肉當飯吃了，早餐簡單了點，沒有牛奶提供。十一點退房，在這個用心打造的房間裏超級享受，沒有出過酒店的門。酒店的日本顧客很多，也有外國人慕名前來，有外國員工，接待沒有問題，服務熱情周到。這個温泉小鎮很安靜有海邊沙灘，但旅遊商業幾乎沒有，來這都是到各家酒店享受海景、温泉和料理。沒有温泉商業街，適合自駕。另外可以早上去天橋立景點遊覽吃午飯然後到這裏住酒店，比天橋立那邊酒店的餐好海景好，不要晚到，下午5點天就黑了看不到海了。

GGuest UserA truly beautiful hotel! Everything from the architecture to the view outside the windows is top-notch. The staff are polite and welcoming, and even though we don't speak much Japanese, they patiently explain everything to us. The rooms are full of thoughtful touches, and there are plenty of complimentary drinks and amenities. If I ever come to visit Japan again, I'll definitely bring my family to stay here for longer. ありがとうございます♪

JJIYAOThe breakfast is very rich! ! There is its own parking lot. If you take a train, the hotel has a free bus to pick you up. Particularly user-friendly, the service is very good, facing the sea, there are cherry blossoms on the road at the door, not alone, especially suitable for taking pictures. Matsuba crab cuisine is top-notch. Mainly cheaper. The open-air hot springs are not big but very delicate. Watching the sunset is the best in Japan. FFloraThe facade is unremarkable. As soon as you enter the check-in auditorium, you will be deeply attracted by the view of the large glass and leave a very good impression. You can also see a deer grazing in the Japanese garden outside the window. The lobby is generally very comfortable. The room I stayed in is a Japanese mixed Western style. It is comfortable, but the wardrobe is behind the bed. It is a bit difficult to get in and out of clothes. The view of the open-air hot spring is a little thinner. The dinner is a full crab feast, which is very plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend it, but it is a bit more expensive when viewing cherry blossoms in the peak season.
