BONUS game room in the lower level with a Ping Pong table, Foosball, TV sitting area, laundry area and a bathroom with walk-in shower!! BBQ your meals on the spacious rear sundeck with a gas grill and plenty of space for backyard games! There is also a front brick patio where you can lounge in Adirondack chairs and breathe the ocean air! Beach pass is included for summer rentals only!
