GGuest UserThe boss handed over a room that was completely different from the pictures. It didn't have floor-to-ceiling windows and there was no light at all. The window was divided into two sections by the outer wall. There was only a small distance between the windows, and outside were rooms with several air-conditioning units. Not happy with the room change. The rear appearance was consistent with the pictures, but I couldn't find the air-conditioning remote control. Upon inquiry, I was told that there would be an extra charge for air-conditioning. However, the room facilities in the app clearly stated that there was air-conditioning, and there was no mention of an extra charge. After negotiation with the platform, the platform made up the air conditioning fee, which is good. The next morning, when I took a shower, I found that the sewer was not leaking at all. After the shower, the whole bathroom was flooded. I soaked my feet while blow-drying my hair. The water was about 7 or 8 centimeters long, and it was flooded from the time I took a shower to the time I finished. The trash cans were floating. It really shocked me for the whole year. It was a spectacle. I asked to open the door twice. First, the door card was swiped in the wrong position, and then the door handle was not pressed all the way down. . . . The boss and his daughter were very impatient in their service attitude. No matter what happened, they didn't think anything was wrong and would not apologize. It was a very bad experience and will definitely not go again.
