"Service staff was attentive and excellent. Special commendation to Phyu Phyu who assisted us with early checked in after red eye flight, grateful for opportunity to freshen up. Hotel location is superb near to many eating places that open late till 12 am and near to train station and The Glen which opens early for breakfast. Minor feedback is that the gym is a little dated and small so no exercise at all during our trip. It would be nice to have brighter lighting using day light tone in the room. Housekeeping is excellent, we appreciate coming back to tidy clean room each time. Overall we enjoyed our stay thank you."

"The location of this serviced apartment was excellent, situated right on top of the new Glen shopping center. This was incredibly convenient for our stay. However, the overall experience was a mixed bag. While the apartment itself was newly designed and modern in style, the maintenance and upkeep left something to be desired. The kitchen cabinetry was not properly cleaned, the dining table showed signs of wear and tear, and the bedding and closet hangars had a light layer of dust. The shower pressure also randomly dropped to a trickle at times, which was quite frustrating. The check-in process was also unnecessarily complicated. Instead of a straightforward hotel-style check-in, we had to coordinate with the individual owner by phone to retrieve the key outside the apartment. This added an extra layer of hassle upon arrival. On the plus side, the apartment layout and amenities were generally quite nice when functioning properly. And the location, situated right above the shopping mall, was undoubtedly a major perk. Overall, this serviced apartment has potential, but the lack of consistent quality and maintenance, as well as the cumbersome check-in process, detracted from an otherwise positive stay. I would recommend exploring other options in the area that can provide a more seamless and reliable hospitality experience."
