Lake Louise Hotels with Wifi

"The room was tiny. I wouldn't recommend the standard room if you have two kids; you'd probably need a suite to fit everyone. The hotel breakfast was the best I've had in two weeks in Canada. The buffet offered great value for money, with plenty of fruit, make-your-own waffles, and smoked salmon. The Continental option alone was more than enough, plus you could order a Starbucks coffee, and refills were freshly brewed, which was a nice touch. The hotel also has mini-golf for kids, open from 10 AM to 8 PM. However, there was an Asian female staff member who seemed a bit discriminatory. We checked in at 7:40 PM. I saw two white children next to us borrowing clubs to play, so I asked if we could play too. She said it was almost closing time and we could come back tomorrow. Yet, after we dropped our luggage in the room and came downstairs at 7:45 PM, I saw a white father and son coming out with golf clubs. I was quite upset, so I went back to confront her. Seeing that I was angry, she then said, ”Fine, you can have them, but they must be returned to the front desk by 8 PM.” I took them out of spite. Honestly, this kind of differential treatment was quite unpleasant, but everything else was great."

"An unforgettable trip! Lake Louise is incredibly famous, and the shuttle to Moraine Lake (thank you, Trip.com, for helping with the booking) was great. Of course, this expensive hotel is made by its stunning environment. The tall, handsome, curly-haired young man at the front desk who checked us in was very polite and incredibly nice (apologies for not getting his name). The staff in the lobby were very friendly, proactively asking if we needed help, and we were able to check in early without a hitch. The lake-view room on the second floor (actually the third) was perfect. Although the room was a bit small, you could tell the hotel put thought into its layout and design, as we were able to fit two suitcases (24-inch and 20-inch). All of this made for a pleasant stay. Even though conversations in the hallway could be heard clearly, it was still quiet at night with no excessive noise. There are many hiking trails around, and a 2-day, 1-night stay allows you to fully explore Lake Louise. The breakfast service on the second day was excellent, and there were even Chinese-speaking staff who warmly welcomed us. If I had to mention any shortcomings, due to space constraints, the shower glass partition didn't have a door (I'm not sure if other rooms have partitions), and the hot water pressure was low, so you could only take a quick rinse."

"Great location, nothing much to complain about. Would be better if family rooms came with 2 bathrooms. 2 of the lights fitting were not working/spoilt but it didn't affect us much. Counter staff were exceptional"

"We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly nice and always made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—within walking distance of Lake Louise, which saved us from paying for expensive parking. It’s also close to stunning trails, yet quiet and peaceful. Plus, it’s conveniently near a grocery store, restaurants, and a café. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"English-style hotel, wooden house design is very beautiful. The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off services around. It is rare to provide free mineral water, snacks and fruits. This body feeling is very good. The hotel upgraded our suite on the day of check-in. There is a lobby bar and restaurant on the first floor. It is highly recommended!"
