"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Wengen. Its location is excellent, right next to the train station and within easy walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The views are stunning, and having breakfast while overlooking the Swiss Alps was a highlight of the stay. The breakfast itself was also very good. One of my favourite memories was watching the World Cup from our balcony while the crowd gathered downstairs, it created such a fun atmosphere. The restaurant below the hotel plays pleasant music throughout the day and into the evening. It didn’t bother us, but it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer a very quiet stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. If I had one complaint, it would be the smell of cooking that occasionally lingered in the corridor outside the rooms."

"This is the first time I came to review a hotel so early. I spent more than 180 Swiss francs, but it turned out to be a dormitory. The room was very small. It was impossible to put a double bed or two single beds side by side. They could only be placed in an extremely narrow room. There was no modern equipment. The hotel might think that the guests didn't need it. There was a washbasin in the middle of the room. The elevator was off duty after 19 o'clock. Regardless of the difficulty of climbing stairs in the high altitude area, the front desk was very friendly. We were told that we needed to make an appointment to go to the restaurant for dinner in the evening. We went to the public toilet. During the brewing process, we were greeted by young people who came back at night one by one and were forced to stop. If you hope to have a normal hotel room, please don't choose it first. Of course, we went to bed very early that day, which was the only benefit of enjoying it. In addition, the breakfast was OK. Facing the mountains, enjoying breakfast was a great enjoyment."

"Booked this place for its location and name. Over 8000 RMB for two nights. What a huge disappointment. The hotel is located in a small mountain town, and you can't drive right up to it. You have to take your heavy luggage from the bottom of the mountain, first by cable car, then transfer to a small train, and then climb a steep hill from the station to reach the hotel. The hotel offers basically no service, including help with luggage. The front desk staff said she was the only one available and could help if needed (but I decided against it). Up to this point, it was severely inconsistent with the price and star rating. I booked an Executive Suite, but they assigned me an attic room on the top floor. It was cramped and claustrophobic, with slanted ceilings above both the bedroom and the toilet, making it completely unusable. Plus, I had to climb stairs. I checked the app and saw it was completely different from the room I booked. I went to the front desk to switch, and only then did they give me a suite downstairs that matched the pictures (I almost got ripped off for over 8000 RMB). The balcony view was nice, but that's pretty standard in Switzerland. The room was renovated, but there was a strange smell in the hallway. This renovation smell is uncommon in European hotels. The quality of the renovation was extremely poor, comparable to a 300 RMB budget hotel. Dinner was mediocre and expensive, and breakfast had limited options. One or two of the service staff seemed untrained; they were on their phones when spoken to. I've never seen this at a hotel of this price in Switzerland. All in all, it was a misstep. The hotel itself is probably worth no more than 200 euros. The extra cost, I guess, was just for the location. Choose with caution."

"The hotel is right next to Wengen train station, making it super convenient for getting around. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. We booked a room with two balconies, both offering direct views of the valley and snow-capped mountains. Even the circular window in the bathroom faced the mountainside! I highly recommend this hotel."

"Love the stay at Eiger! Hotel was opposite the train station and butler was at the train station to help us with the luggage without even us asking for help. Got a room with the mountain view and it’s so beautiful! Definitely recommended and would love to come back to this hotel if we were to be back at Mürren. Thanks Adrian for helping us w the luggages to the train station when we are going back as well!"

"The hotel is located halfway up the mountain and offers a shuttle service, which I think is great as it saves me from dragging my luggage around. They even offer a welcome glass of champagne upon check-in, which really enhanced the experience! One thing to note is that the water pressure in the shower isn't very strong, so if you're looking for a really powerful shower, you might be a little disappointed. But overall, it's a great place to stay!"

"Location was considerably near train station but required a steep uphill walk towards it, was a challenge with heavy luggages. Quiet neighborhood, with a nice village view from the balcony and fresh air. Breakfast spread was decent. Reception counter was not manned all the time, especially late at night or early mornings. Hairdryer was not available in the room, had to use the common one in the basement sauna changing room."

"Very satisfied! The room is large and new, and the service is attentive; the minibar has plenty of drinks; it faces the snow-capped mountains! There is a nice swimming pool; the breakfast is average! Recommended!"

"Very close to the train station, turn left and walk along the mountain for seven or eight minutes. The appearance of the hotel is very inconsistent with the style of the town of Mirren, but the lobby looks out a row of snowy mountains, and the snowy mountains outside the window of the room are very shocking. The dinner in the restaurant was not bad, and there was nothing to eat for breakfast. "The location is average, not the city center. Although there are buses very close to the hotel, the fare is quite expensive. A small shop selling cigarettes opposite the PS Hotel to buy a ticket 2.4 one-way seems to be a little cheaper than the original price. Uber is about 8 euros to the National Opera, so if there are a lot of people, Uber is more suitable. The room is very large. I booked a triple room without telling the front desk much. When I entered the room, there were three single beds. It was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. The sanitary condition is very good. But there is no toothpaste, toothbrush, or slippers. The breakfast is very pleasantly surprised at the price of this room rate and is commendable. The service staff is very good. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport by Uber, less than 20 euros. If you book a taxi at the front desk, it costs 35 euros."
