Often, these were just small things I mentioned casually, but someone would follow up and confirm almost immediately, making sure I never felt like my requests would go unheard. I have to specifically mention Saria; she made a fantastic impression. She genuinely listened to what I was saying before helping to address it, rather than just giving a quick, dismissive reply. On several occasions when we communicated, she explained situations very clearly and proactively helped confirm details, which made me feel very informed and well taken care of. Sometimes, a hotel stay isn't just about the facilities; it's more about whether your needs are genuinely being addressed. This time, I could truly feel that the team was dedicated to providing excellent service, and Saria's attention to detail and patience definitely enhanced the overall experience."

"I kept hearing about the new Lanxi opening and wanted to check it out, but it turns out I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up. **Location:** It's in Phase 10, not in the main resort area. It takes about 30 minutes to walk there from the beach. **Parking:** There aren't many parking spots next to the hotel, and the signs are unclear. I had to drive all the way around to get to the lobby, only to find out later that I could have just walked through the Sea Restaurant. **Note⚠️:** You *can* drive to the main resort area, but it's not free!!! **[No one informed me of this during check-in.]** **Room & Environment:** The sea view was decent. However, there were mold spots on the walls in the room, and the balcony door was broken; it needed an engineer to fix it. The fixed showerhead in the bathroom sprayed water in various directions, and the water pressure was low. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear the strong sea breeze outside in the middle of the night and even the sound of toilets flushing in surrounding rooms. **Shuttle Bus:** To go from the hotel to the main resort area, just wait for the bus at the hotel entrance. To return to the hotel from the main resort area, you need to contact your butler to arrange a car. **Sea Restaurant:** This was the only restaurant available near the hotel. The cashier lady's service was good. The overall food quality was not good and couldn't compare to the restaurants in the main resort area. I saw a restaurant manager (perhaps) asking for feedback from diners. I thought they would ask everyone (there weren't many tables occupied at the time), but they clearly only asked the property owners. Perhaps the opinions of hotel guests aren't considered important. **Conclusion:** For this price point, if you want a sea view, stay at Club Med. If you want convenience, stay at Anlan. You can even park for free in the main resort area. This place truly isn't good value for money."

"This B&B is located in Beidaihe New District and is really great value for money. First of all, there are not so many crowds. The rooms are clean and tidy. It is only a few minutes away from the beach and a few minutes away from the fishing field Qilihai. The breakfast is very rich. It is next to Yinlu Apartment. At this price during the peak season, I am really satisfied. The hotel also has a small swimming pool for children to play."

"We were very satisfied with our stay at Anlan Hotel. They offer a 24-hour shuttle service that can take you anywhere. The room decor is beautiful, and it even comes with a foot bath bucket and herbal packets. They also provided many complimentary snacks. The lobby has a pleasant orange-scented diffuser. The toiletries in the guest rooms are all custom-made by Aranya, and they even give each room a bottle of their body lotion, which smells wonderful. And the red velvet cake in the lobby is also delicious; I highly recommend everyone to try it."

"This hotel is perfectly situated in Aranya Phase 6, right by the sea. It's a tranquil spot amidst the bustle. The rooms facing east offer stunning sea views, while the west-facing rooms are Loft style. I was initially worried about noise, but after staying for two nights, it was fine. I booked a room with breakfast, and there's a good selection of both Western and Chinese options, which was convenient as it saved us a trip to the canteen. The hotel provides free shuttle service for transfers, and the room came with complimentary fruit and various beverages – a very thoughtful touch. If you don't manage to get a sea view room, you can still catch the sunrise from the public terrace on the second floor. A special shout-out to our butler, she was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service – a definite plus! I've stayed in B&Bs in the park twice before, but this hotel experience was great, particularly due to the meticulous service."

"First time staying in Aranya, and the experience was fantastic! I booked a king-sized bed room, and they even upgraded me to a suite for free! What a pleasant surprise! From the bedding to the snacks and fruits prepared in the room, and unlimited drinks! You can even enjoy a hot spring bath in your room, and they thoughtfully provided coconut water for the bath. The pure Japanese-style ambiance was superb! The breakfast selection was also incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was perfect! The hotel offers a 24-hour shuttle bus to the resort area, which is so convenient, much easier than driving yourself! I'll definitely stay at The Hidden House again when I come to Aranya next time! 👍"

"I planned a trip to Shenyang for Chinese New Year to explore and enjoy the local food. Originally, I was supposed to head home on the fifth day to make dumplings and ward off evil spirits, but then I decided to make a stopover in Qinhuangdao. That's why I booked the Indigo. This hotel just opened in 2024, and I'd been wanting to stay here for a while, but I kept canceling and rebooking, thinking it needed some time to air out. This Chinese New Year, I finally made it! Check-in at the front desk was smooth. It's a very pet-friendly resort hotel. We parked our car in the lot near the front desk, and the hotel's shuttle took us straight to our room. As soon as I opened the courtyard gate, my dog, Mutou, ran around exploring. My elderly mother said this place was great, so we decided to extend our stay for another day. The environment is fantastic, and the facilities are brand new. The only downside is that the surrounding amenities haven't quite caught up yet. But for a pure vacation and relaxation, I think it's perfect. The restaurant food is good, and the variety is decent. If you order takeout, it gets delivered to the Rushihai security booth, and then you just contact the front desk, and they'll bring it to your room, which is pretty nice. Even though the occupancy was high, the resort grounds are large, so you don't feel overwhelmed by the crowds – it felt like we were avoiding the peak rush. The hotel service is excellent; all the staff at the front desk were wonderful. My mother even said we'll come back when the weather gets warmer!"
