GGuest UserThis is a hotel that I will definitely come back to. I am very glad that I chose Yunsong among many Aranya hotels. It was worth the trip.
There are many hotels with good hardware strength, but the service of this hotel is really comfortable and reassuring, which is really rare.
In terms of basic services, during our stay, all our meals and travel were arranged by the hotel, with good recommendations and timely responses.
Let me talk about a few small things that made us feel very warm during our stay.
The first thing was that it happened to be my husband and I’s wedding anniversary during our stay. The hotel did not bring out pre-made products, but made fresh cakes for us. I have eaten welcome or anniversary cakes in many hotels, but the high level and good quality of the desserts at Yunsong Hotel are what I am willing to pay for. It is definitely not inferior to any high-end dessert shop in Beijing, leaving us with very good memories.
The second thing was that there was a slight bulge on the door leaf of the hotel’s shuttle bus. My husband accidentally bumped his leg when he got on the bus, and he said something casually after getting on the bus. Less than ten minutes after we returned to the hotel, the waiter knocked on the door and brought Yunnan Baiyao, saying that the waiter went to the pharmacy to buy it after seeing my husband hit. Fortunately, the medicine was applied in time, and the swelling subsided the next day.
The third thing was that it was a little rainy on the second day of check-in. After dinner, we thought it was just right to avoid the rain, so we went to Liangzi for a massage. After the massage, we found that the hotel sent a message to remind us that it was raining heavily outside, but seeing that we had not returned to the hotel yet, they were worried that it would be inconvenient for us to return to the hotel without an umbrella, and asked us if we needed to send a car to pick us up. It was already more than eleven o'clock in the evening, but the hotel still sent a car immediately. A few minutes later, the car arrived and we went out and found that it was raining heavily. The hotel staff brought two oversized umbrellas and protected us all the way to the car, so that we returned to the hotel safely without getting a drop of rain in such a heavy rain.
Although it was not a big deal, I could feel that the hotel was paying attention to the safety and comfort of every guest.
I would like to thank Li Bin and every member of the hotel for their care for us. I look forward to meeting you again at Yunsong next time.

MMixiniziThe room is comfortable and very quiet. The hotel is only one minute away from the beach. The front desk lady is friendly and the service is thoughtful. There are also warm reminders from the hotel housekeeper. All in all, I will come here next time

AAnnie3403988Tangshe is very good. I highly recommend it. The hotel is next to the underground garage entrance and exit. The elevator goes directly to the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel room is not bad. The windows can be opened for ventilation. There is also a small balcony for hanging clothes. The hotel service is very good. The free small refrigerator has a rich variety of drinks. The hotel breakfast quality is quite good👍8 am to 10:30 am is the dining time. The hotel breakfast restaurant serves Sichuan cuisine for lunch and dinner. The hotel lobby is Tang Coffee, which faces the sea and Tagi. There is a shared space on the second floor where you can watch the sunrise. The hotel's own shuttle bus is very convenient for pick-up and drop-off in the park. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is slightly poor. I mentioned this issue when checking out, and the management also gave coffee coupons

Before my trip, I called and got in touch, and they meticulously arranged everything from location and vehicle information to activity registration, room selection, and other check-in procedures. After checking in, they thoughtfully arranged breakfast and staff registration. At check-out, they even helped with the payment process. The whole experience was incredibly detailed and attentive, with quick responses and extremely proper arrangements for everything. The park facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's lawn everywhere you look. The beach and sea are spotless, and each visit brings new artistic sculptures, making it perfect for photos. It's very pet-friendly, with a well-designed pet park area and well-maintained facilities. I can't wait to come back to Rushihai soon!

GGuest UserThe Fisher Island resort hotel is quite good. However, we encountered some problems that needed attention to improve their services. First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

I've been to many cities in China & and definitely, this one is considered among the top 10 best hotels I've been to so far. The staff is polite and really helpful.
