GGuest UserThis is a hotel that I will definitely come back to. I am very glad that I chose Yunsong among many Aranya hotels. It was worth the trip.
There are many hotels with good hardware strength, but the service of this hotel is really comfortable and reassuring, which is really rare.
In terms of basic services, during our stay, all our meals and travel were arranged by the hotel, with good recommendations and timely responses.
Let me talk about a few small things that made us feel very warm during our stay.
The first thing was that it happened to be my husband and I’s wedding anniversary during our stay. The hotel did not bring out pre-made products, but made fresh cakes for us. I have eaten welcome or anniversary cakes in many hotels, but the high level and good quality of the desserts at Yunsong Hotel are what I am willing to pay for. It is definitely not inferior to any high-end dessert shop in Beijing, leaving us with very good memories.
The second thing was that there was a slight bulge on the door leaf of the hotel’s shuttle bus. My husband accidentally bumped his leg when he got on the bus, and he said something casually after getting on the bus. Less than ten minutes after we returned to the hotel, the waiter knocked on the door and brought Yunnan Baiyao, saying that the waiter went to the pharmacy to buy it after seeing my husband hit. Fortunately, the medicine was applied in time, and the swelling subsided the next day.
The third thing was that it was a little rainy on the second day of check-in. After dinner, we thought it was just right to avoid the rain, so we went to Liangzi for a massage. After the massage, we found that the hotel sent a message to remind us that it was raining heavily outside, but seeing that we had not returned to the hotel yet, they were worried that it would be inconvenient for us to return to the hotel without an umbrella, and asked us if we needed to send a car to pick us up. It was already more than eleven o'clock in the evening, but the hotel still sent a car immediately. A few minutes later, the car arrived and we went out and found that it was raining heavily. The hotel staff brought two oversized umbrellas and protected us all the way to the car, so that we returned to the hotel safely without getting a drop of rain in such a heavy rain.
Although it was not a big deal, I could feel that the hotel was paying attention to the safety and comfort of every guest.
I would like to thank Li Bin and every member of the hotel for their care for us. I look forward to meeting you again at Yunsong next time.

Cleanliness: Good, I didn't find any issues.
Environment: It's located in the center of the park. Although some areas were under construction during my stay, I didn't experience any inconvenience.
Service: You just need to register your license plate in advance, and everything will be smooth. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided. The location is also fantastic, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a shuttle stop for the park's transportation nearby.

The room is also very clean, without any odor (except for a little odor on the second floor, which may be because it has just been renovated) When I left her alone in the room, she didn't bark because of separation anxiety. The weather is just right now, not too cold or hot, and the sun is not too hot. The puppy is having a lot of fun! Come again next time!

GGuest UserThis hotel is perfectly situated in Aranya Phase 6, right by the sea. It's a tranquil spot amidst the bustle. The rooms facing east offer stunning sea views, while the west-facing rooms are Loft style. I was initially worried about noise, but after staying for two nights, it was fine. I booked a room with breakfast, and there's a good selection of both Western and Chinese options, which was convenient as it saved us a trip to the canteen. The hotel provides free shuttle service for transfers, and the room came with complimentary fruit and various beverages – a very thoughtful touch. If you don't manage to get a sea view room, you can still catch the sunrise from the public terrace on the second floor. A special shout-out to our butler, she was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service – a definite plus! I've stayed in B&Bs in the park twice before, but this hotel experience was great, particularly due to the meticulous service.

MM253406****This time in Aranya, we chose the Tangshe Pet-Friendly Hotel. It's right by the beach, making it super convenient to watch the sunrise and feed the seagulls! We booked the Linfeng Loft, which was spacious. The first floor had a sofa lounge area and a bathroom, and the second floor was the bedroom – perfect for staying with a dog! The room was restocked daily with plenty of free bottled water and drinks, and upon check-in, we received a doggie goodie bag with a disposable water bowl, poop bags, and a small towel – so thoughtful! ❤️ Even though it's a pet-friendly hotel, the room was incredibly clean, with no fur or odors at all! You can even bring your pets to breakfast! This is truly the top choice for pet parents, and all the staff were so friendly. The complimentary travel photoshoot was absolutely stunning! We'll definitely choose Tangshe again next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and healthy. The lobby manager's service is very sincere and enthusiastic, and he is considerate and responsible to the children. It feels like a five-star hotel. The waiters are also very enthusiastic and caring to the children. Because I brought my children with me on this trip and I had a lot of luggage, the waiter brother always smiled and rode an electric bike to help pick up and drop off the luggage. The room is facing the sea, and you can watch the sunrise in the room. The hotel is just outside the beautiful seaside. The children went to the sea and caught some sea urchins, conchs, starfish, and hermit crabs. They had a lot of fun. I will come again next time.

GGuest UserThe Fisher Island resort hotel is quite good. However, we encountered some problems that needed attention to improve their services. First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.

MMLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!
