GGuest UserThis is a hotel that I will definitely come back to. I am very glad that I chose Yunsong among many Aranya hotels. It was worth the trip. There are many hotels with good hardware strength, but the service of this hotel is really comfortable and reassuring, which is really rare. In terms of basic services, during our stay, all our meals and travel were arranged by the hotel, with good recommendations and timely responses. Let me talk about a few small things that made us feel very warm during our stay. The first thing was that it happened to be my husband and I’s wedding anniversary during our stay. The hotel did not bring out pre-made products, but made fresh cakes for us. I have eaten welcome or anniversary cakes in many hotels, but the high level and good quality of the desserts at Yunsong Hotel are what I am willing to pay for. It is definitely not inferior to any high-end dessert shop in Beijing, leaving us with very good memories. The second thing was that there was a slight bulge on the door leaf of the hotel’s shuttle bus. My husband accidentally bumped his leg when he got on the bus, and he said something casually after getting on the bus. Less than ten minutes after we returned to the hotel, the waiter knocked on the door and brought Yunnan Baiyao, saying that the waiter went to the pharmacy to buy it after seeing my husband hit. Fortunately, the medicine was applied in time, and the swelling subsided the next day. The third thing was that it was a little rainy on the second day of check-in. After dinner, we thought it was just right to avoid the rain, so we went to Liangzi for a massage. After the massage, we found that the hotel sent a message to remind us that it was raining heavily outside, but seeing that we had not returned to the hotel yet, they were worried that it would be inconvenient for us to return to the hotel without an umbrella, and asked us if we needed to send a car to pick us up. It was already more than eleven o'clock in the evening, but the hotel still sent a car immediately. A few minutes later, the car arrived and we went out and found that it was raining heavily. The hotel staff brought two oversized umbrellas and protected us all the way to the car, so that we returned to the hotel safely without getting a drop of rain in such a heavy rain. Although it was not a big deal, I could feel that the hotel was paying attention to the safety and comfort of every guest. I would like to thank Li Bin and every member of the hotel for their care for us. I look forward to meeting you again at Yunsong next time.

Kitchen Downstairs is the sixth canteen~ The environment is good and the food is delicious The weather is just right now, not too cold or hot, and the sun is not too hot. The puppy is having a lot of fun! Come again next time!

AAriu LAnlan Hotel truly exceeded my expectations, it definitely deserves a huge thumbs up! I brought my grandma along for a trip, and my main concerns were her comfort and good food. This hotel perfectly met all our needs. The breakfast really deserves special mention. The variety was extensive, and it wasn't greasy at all. They thoughtfully provided soft foods and hot soups, which my grandma absolutely loved – she looked forward to breakfast every day. The service was impeccable, from the moment we checked in until we left, it was warm and attentive throughout. Any request we had was promptly addressed, and they were especially caring towards the elderly, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The environment was clean and quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. For such a thoughtful hotel, the value for money is outstanding. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

GGuest UserThis hotel is perfectly situated in Aranya Phase 6, right by the sea. It's a tranquil spot amidst the bustle. The rooms facing east offer stunning sea views, while the west-facing rooms are Loft style. I was initially worried about noise, but after staying for two nights, it was fine. I booked a room with breakfast, and there's a good selection of both Western and Chinese options, which was convenient as it saved us a trip to the canteen. The hotel provides free shuttle service for transfers, and the room came with complimentary fruit and various beverages – a very thoughtful touch. If you don't manage to get a sea view room, you can still catch the sunrise from the public terrace on the second floor. A special shout-out to our butler, she was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service – a definite plus! I've stayed in B&Bs in the park twice before, but this hotel experience was great, particularly due to the meticulous service.

AAnonymous UserSpent 3 nights at this hotel during the holiday season and highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located right at the beach which I believe is called Golden Beach. It is very peaceful and the rooms are well kept. The hotel workers are also very kind and helpful, they recommended some good restaurants around the neighborhood. I really had a good time at this hotel.

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the hot spring hotel. On the day of check-in, the staff member, He Shan, called to check arrival time. We added her on WeChat and explained in detail how to redeem tickets, where to park, and what to do. She was always smiling and very friendly, which made me feel very relaxed. The room had a balcony, and the hot springs were right downstairs. I'd read reviews about how damp it would be, so I was prepared, but it was fine. It was very convenient to go downstairs and play in the water. The park was quite crowded, but the lines for the Ferris wheel and pirate ship weren't long. There were also plenty of kid-friendly attractions, so both adults and children had a great time.

CCandiceyuequqiIt was a good decision to stay at Senzeyuan. I read a lot of guides and they all said that hot spring hotels are too crowded, too humid, and too noisy. In fact, it is true. My child's eyes were inflamed, so I ordered eye drops to be delivered. The shuttle bus brought them to the front desk of the hotel. The service was very considerate, and they also gave me souvenirs before I left. To be honest, the beach experience was crowded and dirty. The water quality was not very good, and there were jellyfish everywhere. I was stung several times. But overall, it was a very happy family trip.
