GGuest UserThis is a hotel that I will definitely come back to. I am very glad that I chose Yunsong among many Aranya hotels. It was worth the trip.
There are many hotels with good hardware strength, but the service of this hotel is really comfortable and reassuring, which is really rare.
In terms of basic services, during our stay, all our meals and travel were arranged by the hotel, with good recommendations and timely responses.
Let me talk about a few small things that made us feel very warm during our stay.
The first thing was that it happened to be my husband and I’s wedding anniversary during our stay. The hotel did not bring out pre-made products, but made fresh cakes for us. I have eaten welcome or anniversary cakes in many hotels, but the high level and good quality of the desserts at Yunsong Hotel are what I am willing to pay for. It is definitely not inferior to any high-end dessert shop in Beijing, leaving us with very good memories.
The second thing was that there was a slight bulge on the door leaf of the hotel’s shuttle bus. My husband accidentally bumped his leg when he got on the bus, and he said something casually after getting on the bus. Less than ten minutes after we returned to the hotel, the waiter knocked on the door and brought Yunnan Baiyao, saying that the waiter went to the pharmacy to buy it after seeing my husband hit. Fortunately, the medicine was applied in time, and the swelling subsided the next day.
The third thing was that it was a little rainy on the second day of check-in. After dinner, we thought it was just right to avoid the rain, so we went to Liangzi for a massage. After the massage, we found that the hotel sent a message to remind us that it was raining heavily outside, but seeing that we had not returned to the hotel yet, they were worried that it would be inconvenient for us to return to the hotel without an umbrella, and asked us if we needed to send a car to pick us up. It was already more than eleven o'clock in the evening, but the hotel still sent a car immediately. A few minutes later, the car arrived and we went out and found that it was raining heavily. The hotel staff brought two oversized umbrellas and protected us all the way to the car, so that we returned to the hotel safely without getting a drop of rain in such a heavy rain.
Although it was not a big deal, I could feel that the hotel was paying attention to the safety and comfort of every guest.
I would like to thank Li Bin and every member of the hotel for their care for us. I look forward to meeting you again at Yunsong next time.

GGuest UserA very perfect holiday experience. I came here in a rainstorm and felt the hotel's service enthusiasm. The facilities and services are perfect. The room service is very meticulous. Knowing that I was with a child, they would specially replenish baby supplies. The WeChat butler was also always available and never said no. The second visit in 2024 will not disappoint you. There are also various innovative and meticulous services. As long as you come to Aranya, you will definitely come to this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe room is beautiful, facing the sea. You can lie in the room and watch the sunrise. It is very suitable for vacation. The only drawback is that it is cold at night in this season. After communicating with the housekeeper, I found out that the air conditioner does not heat. You need to turn off the room temperature to increase it. After turning it off, the room can reach normal temperature.
The hotel service is first-class. The housekeeper and hotel staff are very considerate. The shuttle bus is available on call. You can pick up and drop off at any location in the park. It is especially suitable for people with elderly people who are inconvenient to walk. The housekeeper provides food recommendations in the park.
The hotel breakfast has few choices, but the combination is reasonable and the taste is also satisfactory. The restaurant can also see the sea. It is quiet and comfortable

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location. Tagi's little house is right outside the door. It's very close to the beach. There is a room on the second floor for watching the sunrise, but the direction is not very straight now. The breakfast has also been upgraded, with many varieties, and both children and adults love it. The rooms are all very good, but the floor is a bit dirty. The service is excellent. The lady is not only beautiful but also capable. She helped us with the luggage very quickly. If you need anything during the period, just call the front desk and they will bring your things immediately. I will definitely choose this place next time~

You can watch the sea quietly, play bumper cars on pirate ships, go to the sea to pick up saliva, and the front desk lady and brother of the resort hotel provide attentive service. Except for this May Day, there are more people and less food, everything else is perfect

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

We upgraded three rooms for free. The room was a new community, very clean, and there were disposable toilet pads. Disposable face towels and bath towels, the location is not far from Anaya.
