The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the toiletries were of high quality, showing attention to detail everywhere. The staff were professional and kind, providing meticulous and attentive service with quick responses. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the environment was peaceful. It was an extremely comfortable vacation, highly recommended.

GGuest UserI initially thought the service level of guesthouses in Anaya would be quite high, but this one was really just average.
After placing the order, the receptionist added me on WeChat and started pushing different rooms. We booked one, and they told us it was far from the beach, but we could pay extra to get a closer one…😪
First of all, it seems like this guesthouse is also a staff dormitory, besides providing accommodation for guests? There were clothes in the wardrobe, the wardrobe was locked, and there was a sign saying ”Personal belongings not allowed.” It felt really strange. Even if it's a guesthouse, it sells the right to use the property for a single day or several days; what's the point of leaving personal belongings there… More importantly, the overall experience felt a bit awkward.
There were no spare blankets in the room. When we asked the manager, they said, ”We don't have any either…”🤣
There were only two bottles of mineral water in the room, and when we asked for more, the manager charged 2.5 yuan per bottle… I stayed in a room that cost nearly 1000 yuan a night, and they charged extra for mineral water…

The hygiene was excellent; the room was cleaned promptly, and all the disposable amenities were replaced with new ones.
The soundproofing of the hotel was also very good. I'm a light sleeper, so I specifically requested a quiet room, and they assigned us a corner room.
However, there wasn't much to do within the Rushi Hai area itself.

GGuest UserI stayed in a hotel the day before, and wanted to experience the B&B in Aranya the next day. However, since it was a last-minute decision, the rooms were tight and there were not many choices. However, I unexpectedly booked a B&B with a very high cost-effectiveness. I brought my parents here, and four adults stayed in two large beds. It was really a good deal!
Navigate to the West Gate 2 of Aranya and turn left to see the First B&B Center. Check-in is done here and then a one-to-one housekeeper will lead you to the room. It is really considerate~ The housekeeper will contact and report the license plate number in advance, so the car can drive in. The housekeeper is online 24 hours a day and can find someone at any time. Call him directly if you have any questions. It is very considerate~
The B&B is located on the seaside of Phase 6, very close to the sea, the canteen and the check-in point. The location is very convenient. The house is in the original wood wabi-sabi style with two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom, and a balcony with a view. It is fully equipped with refrigerator/washing machine/TV. The cost-effectiveness is really high! The kitchen can be used for simple cooking, and there is also a capsule coffee machine. The landlord also gave a thoughtful gift upon check-in, and you can store your luggage after check-out to visit the park. Compared with the standardized services of hotels, homestays are not only more cost-effective, but also can bring a sense of warmth of a temporary home. I will definitely book this one when I come for the summer!

GGuest User想説一説這次帶全家入住漁島棲海酒店的感受！這是我們訂棲海酒店的第二次，我們訂的三人套房整體特別滿意，雖然另一張床是梳化床，但可以聯繫工作人員幫忙鋪好變成一張大床房，房間空間整體寬敞，大人小孩都能活動開。房間採光好，整體通透明亮，最想説的的是觀景效果絕佳，躺在床上、站在窗邊都能直麪一線海景，視野開闊不遮擋，拍照也很出片。酒店的地理位置真的是最大亮點，坐落在漁島景區內部，不用出景區就能隨時遊玩，徹底省去了來回趕路、停車堵車的麻煩，帶孩子出行特別省心。出門不遠就是沙灘、水上遊玩項目和萌寵樂園。除此之外，酒店早餐種類豐富、口味家常，能滿足全家人的用餐需求。工作人員廉潔服務也特別貼心周到，態度温和有耐心，這次入住全程舒心愜意，吃喝玩樂一站式搞定，性價比超高，是一次特別很開心的海邊度假體驗，真心推薦大家來這裏入住！

FFanzhancuifoThe living room has a TV and sofa, the kitchen has a stove, range hood, refrigerator, pots and pans, and the bathroom has a washing machine and all the necessary items. There are even toys for the children. The balcony has a convenient area for smoking. The room was super clean, and the sheets and blankets were spotless. The room was also exquisitely decorated. The room manager was excellent and incredibly attentive. I would definitely choose this guesthouse again when I come to Anaya because of the wonderful experience. The street view is also beautiful, and the Fifth Canteen is right downstairs, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the beach; you can walk to most of the famous attractions within a 5-10 minute walk. The host even thoughtfully provided fruit. Highly recommend this place! 👍

GGuest UserFor 23 years, Anaya has felt good living here. This time, we chose to live here with our three and six people with two girlfriends and the children! First of all, the room was very clean and the living was very comfortable. The layout of the room is very reasonable. Household appliances and daily necessities are all available. Like at home, both balconies can be washed and dried. They can make simple meals, boil porridge, boil egg noodles, etc. Our breakfast is perfect. Solved, the balcony can look at the sea, just see the church, The scenery is super beautiful, there is a swimming pool downstairs in the community, and the children are very happy. Downstairs is the central area of the community. The bus routes in the park are gathered here, it is convenient to go anywhere, and it is a six or seven-minute walk from the beach. Every time I feel like I don't stay enough! The landlord was very enthusiastic, because it was the second time I stayed and bought us a fruit gift box. I really felt the warmth of home! Every time I come here, I will choose to live here. I really evaluate it. Our real video! highly recommended!

VVivixiaozhuWe visited Yutian Qilihai midweek, and it was incredibly crowded. Overall, however, I was quite satisfied with the hotel. First, it's new, and the interior design is quite impressive. We stayed in an interactive king-size room, which was very clean. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were all from Lugard, which was a big plus. There was a climbing area for the kids, which they loved. We were able to feed the lemurs on our balcony. They were very friendly, not at all afraid of people, and would even jump on you for food. It was definitely worth the stay!
Booking the Lemur Hotel also includes access to the VIP section of the Giraffe Restaurant. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety of dishes, each one a delight. You can even feed the giraffes while you eat. Even those not in the VIP section can still use the room to feed the giraffes. I tried to stand between my table and the giraffes, but it was packed. When we finally tried to feed them, the crowds were gone, but the staff were already closed. We weren't told in advance that there was a time limit for feeding, so my child only got to feed once, which was a bit disappointing.

MMLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe Fisher Island resort hotel is quite good. However, we encountered some problems that needed attention to improve their services. First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.
