GGuest UserWe stayed at the hot spring hotel. On the day of check-in, the staff member, He Shan, called to check arrival time. We added her on WeChat and explained in detail how to redeem tickets, where to park, and what to do. She was always smiling and very friendly, which made me feel very relaxed.
The room had a balcony, and the hot springs were right downstairs. I'd read reviews about how damp it would be, so I was prepared, but it was fine. It was very convenient to go downstairs and play in the water.
The park was quite crowded, but the lines for the Ferris wheel and pirate ship weren't long. There were also plenty of kid-friendly attractions, so both adults and children had a great time.
CCandiceyuequqiIt was a good decision to stay at Senzeyuan. I read a lot of guides and they all said that hot spring hotels are too crowded, too humid, and too noisy. In fact, it is true. My child's eyes were inflamed, so I ordered eye drops to be delivered. The shuttle bus brought them to the front desk of the hotel. The service was very considerate, and they also gave me souvenirs before I left. To be honest, the beach experience was crowded and dirty. The water quality was not very good, and there were jellyfish everywhere. I was stung several times. But overall, it was a very happy family trip.
