The facilities are outdated, there is a strange smell in the corridor of the guest room, and the room is not equipped with disposable slippers, which were only delivered after calling the front desk. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. It's strange to see this creature in a star-rated hotel. Went to a Chinese restaurant and ordered two bowls of noodles and waited 45 minutes for them to be served. Only the breakfast was ok. Not recommended."

"The hotel is newly opened, so everything is still very new, and the surrounding natural environment is fantastic. However, the human environment inside and outside the hotel is terrible. There's no staff member at the restaurant entrance to maintain order, and rude guests park their cars right in front of the entrance all day long – it's just unacceptable. The lobby inside is incredibly noisy, even more chaotic than a marketplace; it feels like a free-for-all with people shouting. The breakfast spread is good, but it turns into a scramble. Even after the initial rush, there's still plenty of food, but then another wave of hungry guests comes to grab more. The visible staff members at the hotel are all very kind, but some guests are just like rude monsters, making the experience unpleasant."

"The family suite is spacious, clean and has relatively new facilities. The front desk clerk was gentle and proactively reminded me to scan the QR code to register for free parking when leaving the store. It's just that the family suite facing the main road was too noisy, so I had to turn on the small music to resist the noise. The front desk also prepared earplugs. Also, the water in the shower is slow and needs to be unclogged. The overall feeling of the hotel is good."

"The Vienna Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The hotel service was also exceptionally attentive; the staff always greeted us with a smile, making us feel truly warm and welcome."

"The stay at the Danzhou Seaview Baili Hotel was very pleasant. The check in was convenient and all staff very friendly. The room had a quite modern appearance , was decently equipped and was quite big. Sadly we didnt get a sea/ port sided room, otherwise the view would probably have also been great. The roomservice came every day between 8 and 9 for cleaning and reequipping the room. My only wish would be that when they knock the door twice, they actually wait a little longer for a response. They always entered very quickly and didnt give me enough time to even reach the door and open. The breakfast selection is probably the only thing that was a little disappointing. Not that many choices and only some minor changes every day. Especially the limited fruit selection is a bit sad, given the availability on Hainan. But for the pricepoint of the hotel I dont want to complain much. The food was alright and will definitely get you full. Around the hotel are many shops, restaurants and streetvendors that provide decent choices for dinner. Now to the big plus point, the free of charge clothes washing service (basic washing and drying). Quick and efficient, and you always have fresh clothes given the hot climate. Lastly the hotel also offers a free afternoon tea and snack service at the top floor. Again the choices are very limited, but it is still a nice thing to have. Thanks for the stay."
