"A family hotel run by ******* compatriots. Located in the center of Basong Village. We called to confirm at 10:30 pm and placed an order. We arrived at 1:30 am. We knocked on the door and the proprietress was still waiting for us. There were no slippers or towels in the room and no room card was required. It was a two-story ******* house in the shape of a Chinese character U. On the left side of the door was the restaurant. It was a typical ******* style. They also provided porridge and pickled mustard in the morning. At the foot of Mount Everest, except for the high-end B&Bs starting at 500 yuan, the express accommodation conditions were average, but much better than the bunk beds at the base camp…"

"Arrived at 22:30 on the evening of October 14, the front desk lady has been waiting for us. Very enthusiastic!
I am a clean person, his room is clean and tidy, the room is big, you can see Everest from the window! You can see the stars on the terrace at night.
The scenic bus passes by the entrance of the hotel. The hotel will help to make an appointment for the bus in advance. You can also tell the master to stop at the entrance of the hotel when you go down the mountain. Very convenient.

"Love the overall vibe of this place (I upgraded my room to Mountain View later on and it’s so good). There is also some sound-proof mechanism in the room and I was able to sleep so well ! (much better than when I was in Lhasa despite the increase in altitude). I was able to have great sleep and naps that prepped me very well for the day’s exploration and hiking.

Now I know when I visit here again, there is a very comfortable place to stay (am planning to invite friends from Singapore over next year ::) Huge kudos to Mr Doje for bringing this place into existence in the Himalayas and organizing stargazing event every night. The night sky. What a wonder. I’m grateful to be here.

p.s. Mr Doje is also super welcoming and helped me sorted out many stuff (like contacting ppl to find my traveling pillow & headset that I lost while moving around). Super amazing guy.

"The most satisfying experience of this stay is the hygiene of the hotel! The room was clean and tidy, without any debris accumulation, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, white as new, and I don't want to leave after sleeping. The cleaning details of the bathroom are full, the glass partition has no watermark, there are ”sterilized” stickers on the toilet seat, and the faucet of the sink is shining. Even the small ornaments and remote control in the room were wiped clean. The hotel's sanitary standards are so high, the service is warm and thoughtful, I really recommend it to everyone!"

GGuest UserThe environment was immaculately clean. A huge bonus was being able to watch the sunrise over Mount Everest right from the property in the morning! We contacted the owner beforehand, and they were very helpful in arranging the shuttle service to Mount Everest. After our trek down, we were treated to some absolutely delicious yak hotpot – what a perfect and satisfying meal! And their sweet tea? Hands down the best I've had since arriving in Tibet; it was perfectly sweet without being cloying. To top it all off, the owner personally came out to bid us farewell before we left, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the hotel's front desk staff were incredibly helpful. When our car had a flat tire, they changed it for us, getting themselves all dirty in the process. Then, they were the ones who cooked our food, and it was absolutely delicious, with flavors perfect for northern tastes. They even carried our luggage for us, saying, ”Our job is to provide excellent service to our guests!” Having such responsible employees is a blessing for any business owner!

GGuest UserThe trip to Everest with my boyfriend, because this hotel is doubling in romance! In the evening, the boss of the young lady took us to see the starry sky, and there was a bonfire party. Many young people, the Milky Way is overhead, and she also helped us take a great photo. Watch a movie with a projector in the room, the atmosphere is super good. Open your eyes in the morning is the snow-capped mountains, sweet tea warms your hands, this experience is unique, and it is strongly recommended to couples!

The service attitude of the electricity from the hotel to Zhufeng Base Camp is very good. It will help us take the initiative to arrange an environmentally friendly car. At the suggestion of the boss, I also saw Rizhao Jinshan on the same day. The time is just right. We also prepared a meal for us. We got up late. We warmed up and hot milk tea was especially delicious. They should be called sweet tea. The attitude of every service staff is very warm and very good. GGuest UserThe fixed day is the furthest and most biased way of our entire trip. I studied the hotel carefully before I went. This is the only one that has no bad reviews. When I arrived at the hotel, the proprietress took the initiative to help take the large luggage off the pickup. After seeing my mother's face bad, she went upstairs to open oxygen with her luggage. When I went upstairs, I had settled down. Then I helped us to make an appointment for the next day's transportation car. I wanted to watch the sunrise 🌅, but later I found that the elderly and children needed to rest, and helped us make a new appointment. The hotel is very new, very clean, and the bath has enough hot water. Breakfast is similar to most of the Tibetan areas, and the area is limited. Although I regret not seeing Everest, I was still moved by the enthusiasm of the boss's wife. I will definitely choose here when I go to Everest!

The boss can help contact the car into the Everest Base Camp scenic spot and pick it up at the entrance of the hotel. Although I didn't see Mount Everest Rizhao Jinshan this time, it was not worthwhile to travel. I experienced the feeling of oxygen deprivation in Everest Base Camp. I will definitely come again next time, and I will choose the oxygen cube to stay, and recommend it to everyone.

The rooms are large and clean, and the decor is on par with the high-end hotels in first-tier cities, far superior to other poorly made ones. The service is equally excellent. There's plenty of oxygen, so the room doesn't feel cramped.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the food in the Everest area is really expensive and unpalatable! But this store has its own restaurant, where you can order super delicious dry pot (P1) and very distinctive Nepalese tea. After putting your luggage away, you can go directly to the restaurant to order food, without having to run out to step on thunder

Sanitation: Clean and tidy! They are changed for each guest, and what really touches me is that the smell is good
Facilities: There are very advanced fully automatic toilets (p3), 24h hot water, and the floor heating effect is super good. One of our friends slept on the floor and was heated up in the middle of the night (it is known that the temperature at Everest can reach -19° at night). You can also project Taylor Swift's tour movie!
Service: The boss is super super warm and friendly! The girls at the front desk are very strong and will compete to help you carry your suitcase to the door. After entering the door, they will immediately help you turn on the oxygen generator (p4), floor heating and electric blanket
