"I'd never used the laundry room before, and this was my first time. It was a fantastic experience. It was small, available, and there was no waiting. The laundry supplies nearby were a nice touch, including a sewing kit, anti-stain sheets, lint trimmers, and shoe polish towels. The front desk, upon learning I wanted coffee, immediately offered me some drip coffee. Every gesture was thoughtful, and I felt very welcome staying here. The breakfast was also worth mentioning. There was a wide variety of delicious salads and cold dishes, including baguettes. There were four or five kinds of fruit, all very tasty. The coffee was always as good as I could ask for."

The hotel boasts an elegant design, a grand lobby, spacious and bright rooms, and brand-new, spotless facilities. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room offered stunning ocean views, fresh air, and opportunities to see the stars and moon. The afternoon tea was fantastic; I especially loved the bartender's special White Sand Bay Sunset and Blues cocktails. The desserts and fruits were also excellent, making for a delightful afternoon. Thank you to the staff at the lobby bar! The front desk staff were warm and professional; since I arrived in the early morning, they immediately let me check in and even pre-set the air conditioning for me – very thoughtful. The park shuttle driver patiently showed us around the entire park. Room service was responsive, quickly resolving any minor issues. A special thank you to all the staff; your smiles and professionalism made this trip exceptionally pleasant. I will definitely stay here again!"

"I was on a business trip that also allowed for some leisure, and the Beihai Marriott Hotel exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located in the heart of the Silver Beach Resort area, offering convenient transportation. It's 8.7 km from the high-speed rail station and 20 km from the airport, making taxi travel efficient and hassle-free. The room was clean and spacious, with a well-designed workspace and stable, high-speed Wi-Fi. The 55-inch HD TV and comfortable bedding allowed for full relaxation during breaks from work. The 24-hour gym was well-equipped, and a half-hour workout after work was incredibly stress-relieving. The indoor heated pool had clean water, leaving me feeling refreshed after a swim. The conference facilities were truly professional, with a pillarless grand ballroom featuring an oversized LED screen, and flexible multi-functional meeting rooms suitable for various business events. For dining, the Marriott Chinese Restaurant served authentic Cantonese cuisine, and the Starlight Bar's German beer and accompanying dishes were fantastic, perfect for business discussions or casual drinks. The front desk service was efficient, making check-in and check-out quick and convenient. They even support mobile self-service, showcasing their professionalism in every detail. This hotel has definitely made it onto my regular list for future business trips to Beihai!"

"This is an older five-star hotel, so the facilities are decent but not exceptional. The breakfast was pretty good; the seafood rice noodles were popular, though other dishes were just okay. The hotel is located in the old town, but it's very close to the sea – you just walk out of the lobby, and the beach is right across the street. There's also a seafood market nearby and a cultural plaza. It was really pleasant to walk along the seaside, enjoy the sea breeze, and buy various fresh seafood to eat. I'd recommend it to friends!"

"Complain about the shower water temperature in the room. It was slightly warm at first. After making three phone calls, they turned on another boiler. After waiting for 40 minutes in the middle of the night, the water temperature was about 35 degrees. Although I was still not satisfied, the hotel had tried its best. My friend was too sleepy to wait for the water temperature to rise and took a shower. He caught a cold the next day. I waited until nearly twelve o'clock, hehe"

"Great location with walking distance to the beach. Close to many freah seafood restaurants and local setups by the beach. We were there celebrating Valentines Day and the price of our deluxe room facing the Ocean is still reasonable. Breakfast was included and the food overall was average to good. Our room was very clean and we slept with the balcony doors open and the nice breeze from the ocean surely is pleasant and we slept like a baby. Some amenities like the swimming pool is not open and part of the hotel has seen better days. Overall, the resort needs better maintenance and some things replaced to look better. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay! Will consider going back."

"來防城港前其實很忐忑，怕圖文不符，尤其是民宿位置比較偏，挨着港口區域，這讓我們對這次的旅行多了一絲擔憂，但好在進了民宿大門之後就豁然開朗，很別緻，很有特色的一個民宿，前台很熱情的接待了我們，不管是房內房外的風景，環境，設施都很非常不錯，本來是打算衹入住兩天的但是因為體驗很好又接着呆了一天，可以説是我入住過最棒的民宿了，就是女朋友一直説因為天氣原因沒有到泳池裡遊一下很遺憾哈哈，女朋友這邊已經強烈安利了周圍的朋友，下次來防城港的話我們也會繼續選擇這裏，希望能一直好好的經營下去。"

"This hotel shares a building with a larger one. For 120 per night in December, I stayed in a deluxe twin room with a direct sea view, and honestly, besides the cleanliness, I couldn't find any other faults. It has a large parking lot, is very quiet at night, and the room itself is quite spacious! The toiletries and bedding were adequate for the price, I wasn't expecting anything more. The beach is right downstairs (though it's not great, Fangchenggang can't compare to Sanya or Qingdao). If I had to give a suggestion, I'd recommend improving the hygiene. There were still yellow urine stains left by the previous guest on the toilet seat..."

However, among the hotels in Fangchenggang, their location is really advantageous. I asked and found out that they have been open for 5 years. From the moment you enter the hotel, they are still working hard to create a warm and comfortable environment. You can see the shadows of maintenance staff and many places where internet celebrities check in and take photos. The scenery is beautiful, and there must be traces of management behind the beauty. For me who chooses to travel after the holidays, I can experience the details of the service more directly. The attitude of the staff at the front desk who check in is really good, very friendly and proactive. It's not as bad as other reviews say. The weather was very good when we came that day, and the sea was beautiful too. Thinking that it was a rare trip for the family, we decided to upgrade the room, and we were not disappointed. The room was very warm and comfortable, the air-conditioner was very cool, the sea view outside the window was beautiful, and the family was very happy. They all thought their service was very good. The staff helped us transport our luggage and introduced some business outlets in the hotel. They left their contact information and said that they could contact the hotel if they needed any help. There were many varieties of breakfast, and I really wanted to try every one of them, but I couldn't eat so much. My baby likes to eat their cakes and desserts. We have also stayed in many hotels and B&Bs, and I clearly felt that a truly attentive trea**ent was provided."
