"I booked and checked in very late, after 10:30 p.m., because I missed the last high-speed train. This overnight stay was completely unexpected, so I was only looking for a place to rest for a few hours.
The only downside was that I was initially assigned a room with a faulty door lock. After being reassigned, the air conditioning in the second room wasn't working properly and the temperature remained at 31°C even after 30 minutes. Fortunately, I was moved to a third room, which was perfectly fine.
There was also an issue with one of the elevators at the rear of the lobby, where the sensors seemed to be malfunctioning. In addition, my previous room key cards no longer worked properly, leaving me stuck on the ground floor and unable to access my assigned floor. Since I was already exhausted, it was frustrating to keep going back and forth to the front desk several times to have my room keys replaced.
That said, all of the staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful throughout the entire process. None of these issues were the staff's fault—it was simply an unfortunate series of coincidences that slightly affected my overall experience.
Despite these inconveniences, I still believe this hotel deserves a 5-star rating because of its excellent service and the professionalism of its staff."

"This hotel's location next to the Civic Center and Fortune Plaza is incredibly convenient for errands, dining, and shopping – no detours needed. For those driving, the free parking and EV charging stations are a huge plus. The lobby has an elegant, understated Tang Dynasty style. The front desk staff offered hot tea during check-in, and the process was very efficient. The room was clean and bright, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, making it incredibly quiet for evening work. The high-speed internet was stable, with no lag during video conferences, and there were plenty of outlets at the desk. The well-equipped gym is perfect for a quick workout after work. Check-out was quick and seamless. The service was professional yet warm. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fuzhou."

"This is our top pick for a couple's short trip! We were pleasantly surprised at check-in when the front desk attendant upgraded our room. The hotel also offers a scheduled pick-up/drop-off service to and from the station, which is super convenient. For breakfast, they have local specialty rice noodles, and the pork lung is pretty good and worth trying. There's also milk, soy milk, eggs, and steamed dumplings – a wide variety to choose from. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making showering very convenient. The night view is also lovely. Finally, I have to commend both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties; they were all incredibly polite. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended!"

On the first day of arriving in Fuzhou, I was attracted by the clean and spacious roads, and the municipal greening is first-class. The hotel is located in the new city. "During the trip, I passed through Fuzhou and found this hotel that had good reviews on Ctrip. It was better than I imagined. First of all, the girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The room faced the street but it was very quiet when sleeping. The door was spacious and bright, very clean. The service aunt was also very enthusiastic and she always called me. "It's very good. I was a little hesitant after reading the hotel reviews before booking, but the service was very good. The check-in lady was very gentle, and the front desk lady I met when checking out was also very nice. She even gave us two bottles of water. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the surrounding environment was quiet, it was close to the high-speed rail station, the facilities were complete and convenient, and the service was attentive and warm. The cleaning lady was incredibly meticulous; she even helped organize my skincare products – I was so touched! When I accidentally left my charger behind at check-out, the hotel proactively contacted me and mailed it back free of charge! This responsible attitude is truly rare, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel has been refurbished and the room is very general. Mainly fancy that there is a parking lot and a charging pile, which is more convenient for tram self-driving. The hotel has a laundry room, the overall maintenance of two sets of washing and drying equipment is not very good, and it is not very convenient to use. The queue is long when the occupancy rate is high. The bubble powder for breakfast is greatly praised.

Guest UserThe hotel is excellent, with a superb location! It's only a few minutes' drive from Dajue Mountain Scenic Area, and the service is warm and welcoming, making guests feel right at home. Yesterday, I ate at the Chinese restaurant, and the young lady recommended the steamed pork with rice flour, stir-fried bamboo shoots with cured pork, and old duck and tea tree mushroom soup. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and they even gave us a complimentary fruit platter. A big thumbs up! I was surprised to learn that Cixi is known as the ”bread capital,” as the welcome fruit platter included bread, and breakfast also featured several types of bread – a very thoughtful promotion! Staying at a hotel under the Baidawu group again was as excellent as ever. Keep it up!

The rooms were very clean, and they provided fruit upon arrival. I especially loved the breakfast! It was homemade by local villagers—simple, clean, and delicious! The front desk service was also excellent!
