"Traveling by car, the hotel's breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied, ensuring I got all the calories and nutrients I needed, which is crucial at high altitudes. The rice noodles at breakfast were especially delicious. The assistant, Xiaocanghu, was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. They contacted me in advance, and considering the high-altitude environment, helped prepare a portable oxygen tank after I inquired. They also meticulously informed me about breakfast times, the best spots for sunrise/sunset viewing, and important travel tips, covering every detail. I was lucky enough to catch the hotel's 8:30 PM bonfire party, which had a fantastic atmosphere; I even joined in a Guozhuang dance for a bit. When I asked about sunrise viewing for the next day, the staff kindly reminded me about everything. Although we didn't get to see the sunrise due to rain the next morning, the meticulous service throughout our stay made the trip incredibly rewarding. Plus, the hotel offers a free ******* robe try-on service. The responsible staff member patiently helped us get dressed, styled, and took photos, making for a superb and wonderfully comfortable experience from start to finish."

"Before I even arrived at the hotel, the staff at the bus terminal told me they couldn't book any hotels under 1,800. I was apprehensive. But then I made up my mind and decided I had made this choice. I had no regrets.
We chose a lake view twin room. The floor-to-ceiling windows opened to a view of Qinghai Lake. There was a small terrace outside where we could sit, enjoy the view, chat, drink, and eat. It was such a delight!
The room was clean and had hot water. The hostess was gentle and gracious. Her Chinese wasn't very good, but I felt their kindness. The host was very kind. We didn't drive, but he took us to Chaka Salt Lake and helped us bargain for the entrance tickets. He waited for us despite the scorching weather, which was truly touching. On our return to Xining, the host drove us to our hotel and helped us find a hotel in Xining. The warmth of the ******* people was as warm and sincere as a gentle spring breeze."

"We arrived at the guesthouse quite late, and the children were thrilled as soon as we entered the room. The next morning, when we drew back the curtains, we saw a herd of yaks walking across the grassland. We realized the guesthouse was surrounded by a vast grassland. A few days ago, it snowed at Qinghai Lake, and we could see the distant snow-capped mountains from our room – it was absolutely beautiful! The guesthouse owner was incredibly welcoming and even gave us a complimentary delicious breakfast. Highly recommended! 👍"

There are many dining options around the hotel, and the view from the window is a joy! Breakfast isn't included, but I don't understand why the rating on Ctrip is so low. Perhaps there are issues we didn't encounter! The hotel's service is excellent! During peak tourist season, it feels just fine in the Heimahe area of Qinghai Lake! Highly recommended! I hope the hotel improves its overall service level and builds a good reputation, so that it can attract more guests and continue to make a fortune! Keep it up!"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, especially when we needed assistance arranging a car to visit Qinghai Lake and another one to return to Xining. Despite the language barrier, they made a real effort to help us, and one of the staff members spoke a bit of English, which was very helpful.
As a suggestion for improvement, it would be great if the restaurant could provide clearer descriptions, photos, and portion sizes of the dishes. Some plates were very generous, and we ended up ordering more food than needed. A note indicating large portions would be helpful.
The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Overall, a great experience and a hotel we would recommend.

The corners of the room are spotless, the bathroom is super practical for dry and wet separation, the hot water is sufficient and the water temperature is stable, the bedding is fluffy and odorless, and the mattress is soft and hard to sleep super fragrant. Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, brand toiletries are all equipped, and even the details are in place. The public area is clean and quiet, and the price/performance ratio is directly full. The boss helped upgrade the room type when there was a spare room. The boss was hospitable. After booking the house, it was dark. Help me leave the room with lights. In the morning and evening, it was cold and helped me turn on the electric mattress in advance, and also helped me put hot water. There are some green grass on the downstairs floor. You can sit and chat with tea. I feel that the whole is also very good. Some new facilities are also upgraded and advanced. It will get better and better in the future. The homestay can see the snow-capped mountains and Qinghai Lake. I often see the cattle and sheep downstairs when I get up early. The overall facilities of the homestay are complete. It is not easy to go out and play once. It is not easy to meet a good homestay owner. I am very satisfied with this stay. Very good, I have the opportunity to play again ☺️

SShuichengdanhuang房間乾淨整潔，屬於農家樂民宿一類，老闆熱情大方，如果有什麼疑問或者攻略諮詢，可以直接和老闆溝通，一定會給出很好的建議，停車方便，對面就是二郎劍景區，走過去很近，周圍餐飲店多，早中午餐可以滿足不同需求，住宿對面就有飯店，味道可口，服務也和老闆一樣熱情大方。住宿畢竟在高海拔地區，條件有限，不能強求太多。

Located in the heart of the business district, it's incredibly close to Qinghai Lake Square, with supermarkets, snack shops, and restaurants all nearby, making it super convenient. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive, patiently answering questions and even providing parking directions. The thoughtful touch of a robot delivering complimentary bottled water was truly heartwarming. The guest rooms are in a Nordic minimalist style, spacious, bright, and odor-free. The soft, skin-friendly bedding ensured a restful sleep. The bathroom features a separate shower and toilet, and all toiletries were provided. The shower water temperature was perfectly comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options to satisfy different tastes. The hotel also provides convenient facilities such as free luggage storage, a 24-hour self-service laundry room, and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Whether for business or leisure, it's an excellent choice, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Gonghe!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the edge of the county town, with nothing to eat or visit nearby. We had dinner at a tea restaurant near the hotel, which tasted very good. We also had breakfast at the tea restaurant, which started at 8 o'clock. We had to leave early in the morning, and the owner of the tea restaurant was very nice. We had dinner at 7 o'clock in advance. There was no heating in the room, and it was very cold at night, which was a bit of altitude sickness.
