"非常非常非常非常棒的酒店！！ 到達的時候小姐姐剛好給我打電話，知道我們到了中正門會出來接。住店中的所有問題都應答得非常及時！ 因為朋友還有工作需要在房間處理，當時房間內沒有枱燈，天黑後光線比較暗，求助前台後小姐姐搬了個枱燈給她，超級感謝！！！我出去吃飯打包飯菜回來忘了拿餐具，小姐姐也很熱心地幫我找了一次性餐具。 退房的時候和另一個前台姐姐説幫忙喊一下拼車，介紹了一個靠譜細心的司機給我們，我的手機繩有線崩了，想借針線包來加固一下，姐姐主動幫我縫了！這些本來並不在她們的職責範圍內，但她們一直保持着熱情燦爛的笑容服務着每一位住客，盡力滿足着大家的要求，即便是深夜回來，她們也依然熱情飽滿地服務！真的很感謝！有賓至如歸的感覺！ 提一點點房間上的建議，一個是房間的燈光相對昏暗，如果可以，希望書桌配備枱燈，除了辦公，化粧、寫遊記的時候也很需要；第二是衞生間增加掛鈎或牆上置物架，洗澡的時候沒有地方放換洗的衣服有一點點的不方便。 總體來説，這是一家從人員到設施都很優秀酒店，再來黔陽古城，依然會選擇這裏！"
