The breakfast was clean and hygienic, and while the selection wasn't extensive, it was sufficient for most diners. Free underground parking was available, and access was convenient. Overall, a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely choose Yancheng Hotel again next time!"

The room was surprisingly clean; the sheets and blankets were perfectly smooth and odorless, the tabletop and floor were spotless, the bathroom tiles were sparkling clean, and even the crevices of the sink were free of stains—the cleanliness was impeccable. "After a long drive on the highway, I decided to stay overnight before heading back the next day. My biggest concerns were potential noise from traffic outside the window disrupting my sleep, and hygiene. I browsed online, deliberated between several hotels, and finally settled on this international hotel after some research. I was pleasantly surprised upon check-in; it exceeded my expectations. Perhaps because it wasn't a holiday, there weren't many people. My requests for a room away from the elevator, not a corner room, and good soundproofing were all met. What really stood out was the smart technology – a smart toilet with what looked like UV sterilization, appearing very clean. The Dyson hairdryer was great to use, though I'm not sure if it was authentic. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. There was also an 'Xiao Du' voice-controlled alarm clock. Initially, I thought it was just a regular clock, but I discovered on the morning of checkout that I could use voice commands to control the lights and air conditioning. The other furnishings, like the sofa and chairs, also looked quite high-end, I must admit. With these amenities, a room like this would easily cost at least 299 RMB per night in Guangzhou, or even over 300 RMB. For Huaiji, this is incredibly good value. If the prices don't go up, I'd say it's unbeatable. As for downsides, I could hear some water noise when someone next door showered. And the bathroom – that was something else! There's an overhead shower, and the previous guest hadn't reset it. When I entered the room, I tried to test the water with the handheld shower, but as soon as I turned it on, water poured down from the ceiling shower, drenching my clothes. Housekeeping should really check to reset the switches after guests check out. Also, with the smart toilet, I initially placed tissue paper on it to prevent splashing. But as soon as I sat down, it automatically flushed, washing away my splash guard! I ended up unplugging the toilet."
