"The room is very nice, not much different from Jinling, but the price is much more favorable! Everything is good, the bed, quilt, and pillow are also comfortable. The front desk upgraded my room for free. It was 2309 at first, but because the people in the next room were talking a little noisy, the front desk changed me to another room, which was a river view room, so I spent a quiet and comfortable night! I stayed on the executive floor. I asked the front desk to provide some items in the middle, and the attitude was also very good. When I checked out at noon the next day, another lady was at the front desk. She told me that she was sorry for changing the room yesterday because of the noise next door, and gave me a small gift, which I didn't expect, a small surprise!"

After I checked in, they told me that if I needed my clothes washed, I could leave them at the front desk and they would wash and dry them for me. The staff are highly professional and provide smiling service throughout. The front desk staff even provided information on a tour of Hai Zi's former residence. Laundry service is available on the first floor, which is truly excellent – they are always responsive to requests.
