Especially the front desk 💁🏻♀️ received Ms. Xiao Hu, the service was particularly in place, called in advance to ask me what special needs I had, arranged a very satisfactory room, and maintained the service at any time through WeChat. The front desk upgraded my room for free. It was 2309 at first, but because the people in the next room were talking a little noisy, the front desk changed me to another room, which was a river view room, so I spent a quiet and comfortable night! I stayed on the executive floor. I asked the front desk to provide some items in the middle, and the attitude was also very good. When I checked out at noon the next day, another lady was at the front desk. She told me that she was sorry for changing the room yesterday because of the noise next door, and gave me a small gift, which I didn't expect, a small surprise!
