"The hotel far exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. All the main attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is newly renovated, clean, and well-maintained. The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and of good quality – no compromises here. It was lovely to sit by the window with a cup of tea, watching the relaxed pace of life in the ancient city. There's also a parking lot in the back, which is great if you're driving. This hotel is definitely my top choice for visiting Hengshan or exploring the old town."

"The rooms weren't large, but the cleanliness was acceptable, and the hot water was adequate. The mountain view rooms offered views of distant mountains. It wasn't far from the Hanging Temple, but you still need to drive there. Breakfast wasn't served, and there weren't any nearby; you had to drive down a street to find a breakfast shop. Also, I couldn't understand the local dialect spoken by the front desk staff, but the people from Shanxi seemed very friendly. Overall, this place seems like a relatively suitable choice, not far from the ancient city. However, if you're driving, I wouldn't recommend going unless you have your own car."

It coincided with the performance of the Ten Great Kings and the parade led by Mu Guiying. A very satisfying and rare trip. "I stayed two nights and had a terrible experience. The service was terrible: 1. The soundproofing was very poor, and there was a lot of noise. Even at midnight, I could hear people running upstairs in the hallway, which was extremely noisy; 2. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items, but none of them had lids, so flies were flying on the food; 3. The bathroom drain smelled terrible; 4. I told the staff not to touch anything before leaving the room the next morning, just to change the garbage bags. When I returned that evening, the door was wide open, everything in the room had been moved, and even my pajamas had been put on a different bed. I called the front desk, and they said the door was open to air out the smell and that there was a security guard in the yard. But the guard can't be there all the time. What if something gets stolen with the door open? It's unreliable. Overall, the price was higher than other places in the county, but it wasn't worth it."

"The hotel's location is excellent. We could reach the old town in about five or six minutes by turning right out of the hotel. If we turned left, there were plenty of restaurants about a kilometer away, and a lively morning market every day. I wanted to buy fresh milk from a stall at the market, but by the time I finished my run, they had already packed up. A lady selling tofu nearby told me there was also fresh milk available after 5 PM daily, but unfortunately, I found out too late to buy any this time.
The hotel room was exactly as advertised by the host – very clean and spacious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and proactively offered us information, continuously providing us with drinking water, which was incredibly thoughtful.
Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Oh, and the hotel's location is remarkably quiet, yet still close to the old town, which is a huge plus."

"The hotel is in a good location, not far from the ancient city, on the main street, and clean. The room is comfortable and warm, without the smell of smoke. The breakfast is delicious and filling, with a rich variety. The service is very good and has won numerous awards. The accommodation is divided into three areas: Cuige, Hengge, and Xinge. Cuige faces the street, and the room facing the street is not noisy, and the sound insulation is good. However, a group checked in at night, making loud noises in the corridor and closing the room door was very loud, which became the only bad experience of this stay. The price is a bit high in the off-season, maybe the location is good. Parking is convenient. When I checked in, there was a wedding banquet, and there was only one parking space left, but there were many when I left. The biggest problem in Hunyuan in winter is the air pollution caused by burning coal for heating. Especially in the morning and evening, the air is filled with a strong smell of sulfur, which reminds people of their childhood. The fried meat in the hotel's Chinese restaurant is great, and it is the winner of the fried meat I have eaten in Shanxi. The mutton offal for breakfast is also very authentic and not to be missed."

The hotel is in a good location, close to the road and convenient transportation, easy to find, and not far from the suspension temple and the ancient city, greatly saving time. The newly opened environment is clean and bright, the facilities are perfect and practical, the room is exactly the same as the promotional pictures, the bedding is soft and comfortable, making people sleep well all night. But when the hotel was resting, I found that the wall was not soundproof, and I could hear the family talking opposite. shocked. *The place is close to the scenic spot (few minutes by car).
*The breakfast is not too bad. Few choices but it will fill you up.No drinks (juice or coffee).
*The accomodation was nice to drop and pick us up at the scenic area.They dropped us off to the bus station going to Datong city.
*Problem was the bad odour coming from the toilet. We think it’s from the drainage. We can’t even open the door for few minutes for air to come in because it is freezing. It’s negative degrees.
*The room was nice and comfortable. I can’t find photos or video of the interior. The size of the room is perfect. It has a long bench.Table with 1 small chair.Tv, closet, slippers,toothbrush, hair dryer,kettle and 2 bottle of water.

Shop and restaurant in the hotel as it is the only thing at the base of the mountain. Staff were accommodating of my dietary requirements.
Very convenient to step out and begin the hike immediately!

Guest UserI took my children to the Hanging Temple during the National Day holiday and chose this hotel. It's very impressive and luxuriously decorated. The staff was friendly and quick to check in. They also provided helpful tips on nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel also provided unlimited mineral water and sea buckthorn juice.
The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was very comfortable. I slept soundly all night. There was plenty of hot water, and they even provided a children's toothbrush. The toiletries smelled fresh and pleasant. The hotel's attentiveness was evident in the details...
It was a very pleasant stay, and the value for money was excellent...

Sanitation: Clean and tidy
Environment: In a village, there will be dirt on the road into the village, but it is clean and tidy when you enter the hotel. There is a self-provided backyard parking lot.
Service: OK. It was a temporary decision to visit the Hanging Temple Hengshan the next day, so I decided to stay nearby for convenience the next morning. I didn’t choose much when I looked at the hotel on the platform, thinking that the newly opened ones should have better facilities. When I checked in at the hotel front desk, I was told that I had upgraded the room type to a higher floor. Although the room is not big, it is small but complete, and it is convenient to stay for one night and the next day.
The village is quiet and restful at night, and the breakfast is basically satisfactory, with coarse grains, staple food, protein, fruits and vegetables, and yogurt.

The hotel is located right by the roadside. It's a budget hotel, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, leaving a lasting impression. Our stay was a pleasant surprise, far exceeding our expectations. From the moment we entered the lobby, the staff's friendly smiles and efficient, professional service impressed us. The rooms were elegantly designed, the bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet with ample water pressure – every detail reflected a commitment to quality.
The hotel's meticulous service was particularly commendable: upon learning we were traveling by car, they proactively offered suggestions on nearby transportation. This provided a perfect way to relax after a long journey.
The excellent location, comprehensive facilities, and personalized service complemented each other perfectly, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It wasn't just a place to rest during our trip, but also a part of a wonderful memory. This will definitely be our top choice for our next visit, and we will highly recommend it to our friends and family!

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is the right place to stay when visiting the Hanging Temple and Jin Temple. The room and bed are large, especially suitable for bringing children. It is no problem for a family of three to stay in a big bed. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The breakfast is also very good. Overall, it is very cost-effective.

Let me talk about the pros. The breakfast was quite plentiful and tasty, 68 yuan per person. Our child, being 15, paid an extra 40 yuan. We booked three rooms together. The rooms were decent for a five-star hotel, and the lobby was beautiful. Now for areas for improvement. Aside from the good security guard at the entrance, the service could be better. Since it's a hot spring hotel, the hot spring itself is important, but it was rather mediocre. Of the 12 pools, some were 58 degrees Celsius, some 48 degrees, and only a few were usable and small. Also, because so many people were crammed into a few pools, they became quite dirty. All three families stayed for an hour before leaving. There were too many access control points. For a hotel in such a remote area, I don't understand why there were so many access control points and card swiping systems; it was very inconvenient. I didn't intend to give a low score because the front desk gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was a concession.

For this stay, you must give a good review, for this stay, you must give a good review! , The location of the hotel is super suitable, very close to the ancient city of Hunyuan and Hengshan, it is especially convenient to climb the mountain and visit the ancient city. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, the bedding was comfortable, and the living was very comfortable. The elevator needs to swipe the room card, the privacy and security are full, and the travel accommodation is very safe. The overall facilities are brand new and simple, the service is intimate and thoughtful, this is the first choice for visiting Hengshan, and I will choose here next time I come to Hunyuan!

訂了兩間山景雙床房，結果到房間後，發現有一間是衝著後院的，並不是山景房，但是當時辦理入住的時候服務員説已經滿房了，應該就是在暗示不能調房，但是也至少要告訴我有一間不是山景吧？並沒有，也沒有一句抱歉；更糟的是兩間房的捲紙的架子都是銹跡，門上都是肉眼可見的灰塵，訂房時看見的好評瞬時讓我大跌眼鏡；不過前後院停車很方便，後院還有兩個充電樁；早餐是在宴會廳，並沒有評價中説的多麼豐盛，餐具總是斷檔，下餐快的餐品也總是遲遲不上，早餐衹到9點，8:50的時候，服務員已經在提醒要收餐了，這種旅遊旺季，對於我們這種自由行，不想搶行程家庭出遊很不友好，我老公和孩子都沒吃上早飯，退房後在隔壁的飯店吃的麪；房間的WiFi密碼在電話上，辦理入住的時候，也並沒有相關提醒；房間裏有掃碼的共享充電線；房間裏的煙感器的塑封膜都沒拆😅

Huge beautiful room with only one thing, taking a shower water can run outside the bathroom.
Good wifi and only 200 Meters from.the Bus station.
To the Suspended Monastry it's a 45 Minuten walk.
I also enjoyed the Hunyuan old city.The old part probably only the temples,the rest deconstructed.
Local see very few Foreigner,but are very helpful.
