The bed was comfortable, the pillows were just the right firmness, and the bedding was fresh and clean after each stay. "The hotel is fully equipped. Vienna was our go-to choice for our trip. The bedding was very comfortable, especially the pillows, which made for a great night's sleep. The hotel also has a laundry room with a dryer, so I washed my clothes as soon as I arrived and can take them home clean the next day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful; they even assisted me when I needed to print two forms. I'm very grateful. There's also a pedestrian street nearby, making shopping very convenient. The city scenery is also quite nice. Highly recommended!"
