"The photo shows my phone after a night on the bedside table during a normal night's sleep, without any intentional dust disturbance. The sight of my phone the next morning was quite concerning. I then asked the cleaning lady to clean more thoroughly, and even went to the front desk to speak with a staff member, showing them the dust on my phone and requesting a better cleaning. However, on the third morning (as I stayed for two nights), my phone looked the same. Everything else was fine, but the dust issue was really severe and needs significant improvement."

The room was meticulously cleaned; there wasn't a speck of dirt on the floor or in the bathroom corners. The bedding was clean and soft, and the pillows were just right – I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway. Hot water was plentiful, and the toiletries were complete. The Wi-Fi speed was smooth, and the common areas were well-maintained. Overall, the value for money is exceptional, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I've already saved this place and will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area. I truly recommend it to everyone!"

"Strictly speaking, it's a guesthouse, but the overall all-wood decor is very luxurious, far superior to typical guesthouses and hotels. Dogs are allowed. Although located on the outskirts of Lianzhou city, it's less than 3 kilometers from the city center, and you can order any kind of takeout. The surrounding area is quiet, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the internet is fast, and there's plenty of hot water. The only drawbacks are that some outlets were broken, preventing power supply, and the water in the rooms comes in small bottles; you can get more from the front desk if needed. Personally, I found the breakfast too simple with limited variety, and the drinks were diluted with water. The swimming pool was a bit dirty because it's outdoors, with a lot of moss around the edges and bottom, indicating the water wasn't changed daily. During my stay, when many people were swimming, the lifeguards weren't sitting on higher ground observing the pool; instead, they were playing on their phones in a corner. I hope this can be improved. Everything else was great, and I would definitely come back next time."

"The hotel has convenient transportation, basic equipment and facilities are complete and tidy, and it may be renovated for a long time. There is some old smell when the door is opened. I can't feel it after a while. Parking is arranged on the side of the road at the door and there is no cost. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful and at home."

We had a small hiccup due to a change in our itinerary, but the hotel staff were incredibly quick to respond and handled everything with such care and thoughtfulness. It all worked out perfectly in the end. The room was clean and comfortable, the view from the window was picturesque, and the service was wonderfully warm and welcoming. "1. At the beginning, I booked a room that I wanted not to be close to the elevator. When I checked in, the front desk said that this room type was two rooms close to the elevator. Fortunately, it was not noisy. 2. After booking for two nights, the card expired the next day and the door could not be opened. 😥 The room attendant knocked on the door at 10:00 the next morning and asked if he needed cleaning, and was awakened in a deep sleep. 3. I drove the car the next night and went to the front desk to register the license plate. After registering, I asked my boyfriend if I could not live. I also needed to register.
